Anyone know if the prices are going to go up anytime soon? They have had that sale going on for so long, but all the talk about regulation and the new year coming soon. It makes me wonder if I should really stretch the budget and get that 500ml of 100mg or just wait till tax time funds come in. I would hate to kick myself later on. Any insight would be good. Thanks.

Hi Travis,

Right now there's no immediate plans to end the sale prices.
So far we've been able to keep the bills and staff paid, and even managed to slowly grow the business on the low profit margins.
Unless something drastic happens we'll try to keep doing business the way we always have with quality products and reasonable prices.

Odd how everyone is raving about Wizard Labs, I ordered on the 22nd and my order was still listed as processing on the 27th. I did send an email and got a response saying my order would go out today, the 28th. Well here it is after 7:00 pm and no email stating my order has shipped. I am not impressed.

I did send an email and got a response saying my order would go out today, the 28th. Well here it is after 7:00 pm and no email stating my order has shipped. I am not impressed.

I placed an order on the 26th it is still processing also but if your processing is any indication I am probably not going to be a happy camper. I hope it ships soon because I am impatient :)

Today is the 28th, for Heaven's sake! Aren't vendors allowed a day or two off at Christmas time too? AND a weekend??
How about a little patience and understanding?

When I send an email asking about the status of my order and they reply it will ship on the 28th, then I expect it to ship on the 28th. Had they not said it would ship on the 28th in an email, you might have a point. Now the website is closed until after the new year, I don't see how that is any kind of customer service.

Since all of our nicotine solutions are made fresh to order, our lab is currently running a 4 day backlog in production. During this time we will continue to process and ship all pending orders. We apologize for the inconvenience, and wish all of our clients a prosperous and Happy New Year!

Shouldn't they be able to take time off like any one else. I have an order with them too, but I'm not upset about it. I like a Little time off my self now and then.

Im the same way but this is an exception to the rule for WL service trust me, I know. I was on the other end of the line when John called me from a crowded restaurant while taking his lunch break. You cant get better service I promise you that. Maybe next time order ahead. Especially during the holidays. :toast:
Call him tomorrow. The sight is down but I would be willing to bet he will be working. Ive talked to him on Sunday when he was the only person in the building. He really does work harder then you think.

Thanks for posting that. I should have looked first :facepalm:. Well ranter, that says it all IMO. Top notch service. I would rather see that notice then ordering and waiting for two weeks for a shipping notice. Some will make you wait even longer. Not going to mention any names but I waited 5 weeks for a shipping notice from another vendor.

I wish they'd leave the site unlocked for browsing during these times at least! You can't even look at flavorings, labware, ect. You also cannot login to check your account or make notes on orders if needed. I don't need to do any of that, but it would be nice to be able to still browse their listings, and be able to login to your account too if needed!

To anyone who's waiting on an order, just be patient and it'll come, even if the site doesn't update order status or you don't get a status update email. I was anxious too on my first order, since it took 4+ days to process, but I've since learned it was partially due to what I ordered (Ice and Ultra Pure).

And as glassmanoak mentioned on page 43, you WILL receive the ABSOLUTE BEST packed package you have EVER seen, from any vendor!!! Haha, when I looked in mine I chuckled aloud and thought "Dexter" would be proud! :D

I was on the site putting an order together last night. I got tired and thought I would finish it off tonight and place my order. No luck. It is amazing the demand these vendors are getting. If the e-cig craze gets any stronger we all may find it difficult to get supplies and prices will soon go up due to demand. (my fear may be unjustified) John has always shipped my orders fast and I can wait a few days I am just concerned that this is looking like a challenge for many vendors. Possibly just a holiday thing.

I sometimes get an email stating that my order shipped, then it's here in a day or 2 (from WL and other vendors). I'm thinking they go ahead and ship and then get around to sending emails days later LOL
Guess I've been lucky...none have ever taken more than 8 business days from start to finish :) including vendors that are on the other side of the country!

I placed my order on the 19th; it was shipped on the 21st. I received my priority mail package on the 27th. Yes, priority mail took 6 days to get from Florida to Colorado. Was that WL's fault? NO. I don't really know why it took 6 days, but I'm guessing it was because of the holiday shipping volume and maybe even because of the bad weather down south, including 30 tornadoes on Christmas Day.

The packaging was. Just. Amazing. Triple/quadruple wrapped. My cat sure had a blast jumping on all that bubble wrap. The products are of high-quality, and so is the customer service. :thumbs:

Stamps.com is not always reliable with the tracking. I've ordered items in the past (non-vaping related) where I never received any email or tracking notice from them at all. Still got my packages, though.

John is being upfront about the situation -- they are behind on filling orders. They are human and can only work so fast. So please just be patient. He and his staff are filling all outstanding orders before they re-open the website. That makes sense to me.

Good news, John sent me a message through this site with my tracking number. My order has shipped and is on its way. Most likely I will receive an email from stamps .com shortly after the package arrives. With no email and no way to check the site I was worried this was the classic brush off, glad I was wrong.

I will say you people are right about John at Wizard Labs, he is a class act. Oddly stamps. com still hasn't sent me an email. But anyway I should be mixing by Wednesday, maybe even Monday.

My apologies to John and Wizard Labs for doubting you, and a Happy New Year to all.
