Have you been following the thread in the Temp Control subforum? Apparently hcigar heavily regulates their pricing. If you purchase the mod at a price lower than retail (I believe they set the retail price at $169?), then hcigar will not warranty the item.
No. I just got an email on this one for a co-op price with back ups so I'm not too concerned about warranty. But thanks for the heads up on that.

Well yall, I been squonking on the Terminator all day long and here is what I think of it. The pro's are is its light weight, carries @15 ml of juice, easy to use and done right you will never get a dry hit so RDA performance without having to constantly drip. The cons are its real cheaply made, the top gets hot with constant use. Not just the RDA but the whole top deck.
All in all I like it and I think I would like it more with a better RDA on it.

Been thinking about this yall. I like a regulated mod yet for squonker boxes, regulated is ridiculous priced. So here is what I am going to attempt. Ordered last night a DNA 35 box. Its a shame when the chip is about the same price as the whole mod. But anyways, going to take the DNA box with the Terminator squonk box and am going to create a regulated squonk box. Now I have 2 Tesla Invader II mods sitting around collecting dust so am thinking of taking one of them and turning it into the project box, or take some oak I have in the shed and make a dual 18650 regulated squonk box. What yall think......

Funny thing I was listening to that exact album on the way into work this morning, 40th Anniversary Edition in 24/96... Mother Goose is my Favorite.

Regarding the regulated Squonk box... I was thinking the same thing but by the time I get all the parts required to build it I could buy a Flask Squonk clone for $60

It is a prog rock kind of day

FRAGILE was the .... !!

I have a Roger Dean coffee table book... he did all the album cover art for YES and some for Uriah Heep. Trippy stuff! I haven't kept it on the coffee table since the early 80s, but I can't seem to let myself get rid of it.

The smokeless owl RDA is only kind of a squonk RDA. To get the true idea you need something with an actual bottom feed hole in the post/deck so you can squeeze, get fresh juice to your wick and coil, then let the excess drain away. You end up squonking more often, but it becomes habit and you always get fresh juice.

The owl, since juice comes out the post holes, is like dripping to fill the well without the dripping. And you have to fill the well because of the way it's designed and how high your coils have to be for airflow.
