A few years back had a spider bite me on my little toe. Foot swelled up to twice it size and people told me it must of been a brown recluse. If I could of found that spider I would of made sure it died a horrible death because that spider bit caused me a month later to get a staph infection...in the privates!!!
That staph infection caused me to spend 5 days in the hospital but that wasnt the bad part, the bad part was all these doctors with their herd of student doctors parading in my room wanting to see the staph infection and discuss it like I wasnt even there! Then to add insult to injury, I was walking in the hospital one day and was returning to my room and this adorable woman in a doctors white coat was at my door. She introduced her self and said she wanted to see my infection....jeez!
I couldn't think of a better conversation starter myself. Would have been a proud moment in my life for sure...

"That's a bit forward, don't ya think, doc? The least you could do is serve me breakfast first. Are you going to call me afterward or are you like all the rest?"

Never heard of that one so I googled it. I read that as of 1978 it was mostly in the northeastern US and Canada, but had likely spread quite a bit since then. I also read : I doubt these were in Texas in 1983, when I was diagnosed with 2 brown recluse bites, but I never saw the spider (in fact, I didn't even feel the bites! But I sure got sick and had 2 nasty wounds.)

Yep, got that earworm stuck for quite a while after reading that. Trying to keep it from getting stuck again LOL.

HAPPY VAPERVERSARY @Sirius !!
Yeah, those sac spiders are pretty nasty.

And bold.
And will bite just for GPs.

I'm intrigued by squonking but cannot afford a REO. I'm assuming this is more affordable? Please post what you learn - I'm anxious to hear more!

Picked it up for $40 off ebay but see fastech has them for $27 and focalecigs has them for $24.51

I have no problem stripping with an adorable woman as long as she too is taking it off! I do have a problem with everyone and their brother wanting me to bare it all so they can look see!
If it weren't but for some rules, I'd be showing everybody anyway.

Yall seem to forget a few major points. In the hospital for an infection of the nether regions means your not going to get excited, no matter how much ya want to! And with puss draining from that same nether region, she would care less if you got excited or not!!!

Wanna bet?

I've been in the hospital with one of my boys swelled up like a large grapefruit from impact to my abdomen.

May have stopped me from performing, but nothing stops me from getting excited.

Here is my take on the rules of inclusion in this club... you may not fit in here if...

- You post threads asking if such and such a battery will explode if you use the coil you are considering building
- You regularly compete in cloud blowing competitions with people that already asked the above question
- You hunt for RDAs promised to "blow more clouds bro"
- You are excited about the idea of a 200W mod because you constantly run your 150W mod full bore
- You think running your gear at the edge of the envelope is S.O.P. and the reason you vape
- You think any kanthal coil with more than 0.15 ohm resistance is boring
- You think running a TC mod to get below 0.15 ohm is cheating

Otherwise you will probably fit in just fine :)
ROFL @ RDA that promises to blow bigger clouds bro! [emoji13]

Well guys, got home from my two week work rotation last night and checked out the Squonker box kit I orderd.

Not too sure if I like it or not yet. I have a velocity RDA on its way with a squonkers pin for it. I guess the main thing is the learning curve on how to squonk. When to push for juice and all. First of all I believe I used the wrong juice to try it out. I put in some Latakia tobacco juice and I believe I would of been better trying it with a pastry or fruit juice instead.
Initial thoughts on it, it takes two hits on it to get a decent vape, but that might be the RDA or coil built on it. Will play around with it some and see.

I grabbed one of these a month or so ago. I'd ordered a Chalice III clone, but I think I broke it before I could get it wired up (TINY, TINY build deck) I want another BF RDA - I picked up a couple inexpensive Nimbus V3s, hoping I could mod the center pin, but I'm not sure if I have the guts to get my dremel out and do that myself. (Don't know anyone with a drill press :( )

I find amusement with it - currently been running it with an old carto that I had laying around, and it's not bad. Just seems tough to "squonk" (i.e. at least with the carto, seems "tough" to get the juice back up in there.) It wasn't too bad with the accompanying RDA (as shown with chopdoc's setup.)

@KattMamma - yes, quite inexpensive - about $25. I got mine from Focalecig. It's a very rugged plastic case. It does have a contact wire (and I've read comments that it can get a little warm if you're pushing low ohms.) I've kept my builds around 0.8 or more, and haven't had any concerns.

Does anyone think this Phoenix v1 looks odd with a compression drip tip?

Ok Smart Wompers.... Need to get my head around an electrical situation.... I have a 20A breaker in my kitchen, and I have a Fridge and Microwave plugged into the same outlet. I've noticed the microwave acting flakey (as well as the fridge.) Had this same breaker replaced just a few years ago (o.k. maybe 7 yrs ago) because of similar issue. Went to the box and heard "buzzing"/"sizzling", but the breaker itself wasn't warm. Shut off the breaker and flipped it back on - buzzing started up again.

Someone had suggested putting in a 30A breaker, but my gut tells me that I'm going to compound the problem (i.e. something may disastrously blow because the 30A breaker wouldn't trip when it should.) The 20A isn't popping, so I don't see how a 30A would make this better for me

Thoughts?

NO! Do not put in a 30 amp breaker. The wire is sized for a 20 amp breaker and a serious fire hazard may result if you put in a 30 amp breaker. Kinda like running a 0.0001 coil in a mech mod.

Ummm... uprating the breaker would not be the first thing I would think of (not even the last).
