Oh, I have a GREAT recipe for you! Vanilla Ice Cream with Strawberries. OMG, it's wonderful! It's a tweaked recipe I got from someone else: 10% CAP sweet strawberry, 10% CAP vanilla bean ice cream, 4% CAP butter, and 6% TFA vanilla swirl. The vanilla swirl is the key flavor here. It REALLY gives the vanilla ice cream the PERFECT flavor. I made this up in zero nic because I wanted a flavorful treat to look forward to in the evenings when I have to stop using nic for the day, and this is YUM!

Oh, and I was thinking today was my one-year anniversary, but it's the 6th. I don't know why I got the 4th stuck in my brain. So I have two more days to make it to one year. I think I can do it.

It was the same day I joined here, I remember it so well. I'd been reading for a while, and talking to some people on another forum who vaped and recommended the EVOD setup as a good starter kit, so I ordered it. When it got here, I was so excited! I put some 18mg tobacco juice (BLECH!) in the tank and fired that puppy up. (Cough, choke, sputter, cough, wheeze, puke, DAMN!!!) So I made an account here and asked what the heck I was doing wrong. Everyone was so nice (I'm sure they were blessing my heart, too, LOL!) and explained to me about PRIMING THE WICK. I musta missed that part in my readings over the previous couple of weeks. Once I got that nasty tobacco juice out of the tank and replaced it with spearmint and raspberry mixed together, and let it sit for a few minutes, I was hooked.

My wife and I honeymooned on Gore Mt and did the Lakes George and placid thing.

I agree it's gorgous. I haven't always lived Upstate but I've been here 40 years this year. I hate it here. Crime drugs and taxes. But eastern NY is at least pretty. In the summer anyway.

kewl.....thanks hun. I only have FA strawberry right now and maybe some INW, don't remember if I got the INW or not. I have FA sweet cream. If I have the INW I'll try it with what I have and see how it is. If that doesn't do it, will have to get more flavors eventually lol

Funny story: Back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, in a land far far away (England), I did temporary duty about every six weeks at an RAF bombing range up on "The Wash" (Bet Rixy knows where that is) and had made friends with the whole dozen RAF troops who were stationed there. One week, an Irish guy (Paddy - what else would they call him?) invited me to dinner at his house. Being married, he didn't have to live "on base," so I drove over to his house that evening and we ate something I never heard of and couldn't even pronounce (but it wasn't too bad). Anyway, all night long, he kept calling his wife a "silly cow." I thought this was rude, but kept my mouth shut. They had an adorable baby that was crawling around making gurgley sounds that were not quite words yet. A few months later, I was back up there again and he told me his baby had said her first words. I said, "Dada or Mum?" He grinned real big and said, "Nay, 'twas 'silly cow'."
