I think I'd rather have constipation than Cancer x That is one crazy way to start smoking Atcha x
Dang! That's young. Did it affect you like it did me? I have an uncle who smokes and drinks all day, every day and he's 80 and has only been sick once!

I was 12 (Marlboro reds), but it didn't last long, then started again at 16 (same butts because I could kype them out of the fridge where mom kept her carton). When I went in the USAF at 18, that's when it got really serious (and went to Camels).

I'd probably be dead already if I had smoked Camels.

Morning cough, that was about it, I only really fully stopped two years ago, my children asked me to stop, I heard about vaping, tried a few crappy ones, found this place and the rest is history.
I don't expect to be vaping in 5 years from now, maybe less, that's the next and final step for me but I'm in no hurry just yet, I'm having too much fun..

My sister started at 15. She quit smoking 4 years ago but already has COPD. She breathes a lot better now though but when she gets older, it'll be difficult. I was tested and they said I did not have COPD, so hopefully, I'll be okay. She was on an at-home nebulizer, steroids, inhalers, etc.

And actually I find that moving into DL type setups has helped me, I'll often miss one of my "allowed" cigs and not even think about it anymore. I know that isn't the answer for everyone, and I do still very occasionally like a nice MtL, but that has done alot to help me. It's the first thing in the morning one that I haven't been able to skip yet even when I try. Don't know why, but for some reason I can't vape without coughing my head off (no matter what setup I'm using) when I first get up, but after I've had that cig, I can vape no problem. Really strange.

WTA is my next step. Then, I'll give myself another year of vaping, then, give up the gum. :( You think I'll get constipated again? lol!!!!

My sister had the SAME reaction to vaping. She vaped for a few weeks and coughed so much she just started chewing the gum. Thing is, when I had coughing spells, I'd smoke and they would stop. I think maybe my lungs were somehow "frozen" for a bit. Make sense? Thing is, when you finally quit the last ones, you'll start coughing stuff up. Right now, those last few ciggies are keeping your cilia from growing back. So, once all that gunk is out, you'll stop that coughing.

DL was what worked for me too, MTL just wasn't enough, a lot of it is just in your mind, habit. I know you'll get there, you have lots of support here anyways.

But if you stop, who's gonna tell me what the next great atty is that I should buy?:D

OK, seriously though, thought on the Geekvape Griffin 25 Standard version? Worth paying $58 to get that plus an RX200S, or should I just get the RX200S by itself for $38? No idea what that converts to in that fake money you use on your side of the pond.;) Just kidding, that's 44 pounds for the bundle vs 29 pounds for just the mod. Or 52 Euro vs 34 Euro. Deal ends tomorrow, so I need to decide if I'm gonna get it.

I didn't start until college, and even then it was more social smoking. I didn't start to smoke daily until after college, and I was working absolutely crazy hours. I needed my coffee and cigarettes to stay awake and keep going. After a few years of that, I was hooked. Fortunately nothing serious medically from it, but I was noticing a little bit of morning smokers cough.

My daughter was always on my case about it, but it wasn't until I picked up some cigalike for traveling as I was tired of taking the elevator down to the lobby to have a smoke, and the cigalike worked. Six months of that, then a vape pen, and then found this place.

A little. Clue me in, my brain must be fried from the heat, and one neuron stopped talking to the other.

I'm guessing you have heard of Banksy. Well before Banksy there was Anonymous before that there was Nycai.

All of these are based on one joke.

If you think you'll use the Griffin then get the bundle, if you don't then just get the mod and put the rest towards a Limitless plus lol..

I am not a very good person to ask Kad ha..
