Especially if running at higher wattages paired batteries should be voltage checked after discharge periodically as all batteries will not age the same.

Or check them using a nice charger that shows the voltage and MAH.

Or failing all that they should finish charge cycle at basically the same time.

Another reason I like cheap mods.
You can put together STM clones from parts from FT for about $10 each.

I also have a few drippers on the way from FT, including a NarDa clone.

I'd be really interested in your thoughts on the Narda clone, since even if I wanted the authentic, the chances of getting one at MSRP is near impossible. Does the clone come with a BF pin?

Does FT have replacement glass for those 3.5 STM toppers?
I think the 4.5 may be the standard glass but do not know yet.

I've looked and haven't found any, unless it is compatible with the class from another tank that I don't know about. I like the shorty too.

I see, said the blind man :)

Hrm - my tank varieties are increasing, but the common theme is the ability to rebuild the coils. I do have Nautis and Nauti Minis, but I can't get a good rebuild on those lil heads. I have stashed coils for those. I kinda like the eGo ONE tanks, and have a set of CLR heads (build a lot like my PT2s, so an easy transition for me.) I have a Melo III Mini tank that came with my first Pico, and I grabbed a couple of Triton RBAs and a couple of Atlantis V2 tanks. I can use the RBAs in either of those tanks, and the Triton RBA isn't too awful to build - gotta futz with wicking, but works pretty well. I have an RBA head for my Crown (again, gotta get the hang of wicking)

Love my Velocities and my Stumpy as far as RDAs go.

IMHO the Triton RBA is pretty aweful. Also in my opionion the Anyvape Sega RBA is orders of magnitude better. Pick them upp on Ebay for like 7 bucks. They are a true RBA build deck in a tiny package. They do have reduced airflow but under 30w they work fantastic. They come with 3 coils which should last several years but rolling your own is difficult. I did get a 24ga build in one but it wasn't easy and didn't work well anyway due to the lack of air.

Another great RBA is the Starre. Now a Melo coil will work in a Starre but I can't say for sure a Starre will fit in a Melo due to the top threads. Starre doesn't use them and Melo "I THINK" does.

Umm don't remember about the BF pin. FT has more than one of them, I got the most expensive one figuting it to maybe be better quality. And yep they are pretty much impossible to get authentics.
After it comes in I will report here.

OK, I watched the videos on the Serpent and it doesn't look like it will be too fiddly. ;) Pretty sure I can handle it. Now I can't wait for them to get here! :w00t: It does look like it's infinitely adjustable, so that's VERY good. And especially the juice flow control that can handle my VG juices, YAY!

Vapemail!!!!!!!!!

So YOU'RE the one that took the last blue covers! I wanted those SO BAD. I ended up with white and charcoal because that's all they had left. The white is nice, though - it looks very elegant with the black. My first white (sorta) mod. ;) The charcoal is good looking, too, but it's a dark charcoal, so it's very close to the black in color. Still, it's nice looking.

LOL, I got this from Sweet-Vapes. :p I paid a touch more for the covers, but they had both Blue and Teal (the Blue will go on my Silver iStick 60 :D )

Yeah, BIG score today. Bunch of items for PIF and the rest for mah stash.

Oh, right, the bright dark blue... My first choice was that "teal" (I don't really think it's teal but whatever they want to call it...), but those were out of stock, so my second choice was the bright blue, but THOSE were out of stock, so I ended up with a set of white and one of the charcoal. I'm totally happy, though, because I do like those colors. We got the black mods, though. Or anyway, I did. I was thinking Rich got silver ones, but he says he got the black ones, too. Anyway, they're REALLY nice mods. I'm fairly impressed so far. :)

very cool !

so do you like the hand feel ?
did ya get the silicone sleeve... ? (luv the feel with the sleeve)

good luck
:thumb:

I do like the iStick. I have a couple of Heatvape Defender II, which have a similar shape and balance.

No, I don't care for the sleeves - I have them for my Cloupor Mini+ and never used them. Took me a "minute" to figure out (read the instructions on) how to pop the back cover  I've swapped the color covers (yes, I could have saved $$$ by not even getting those, but if I'm going to have a mod, I want it to look somewhat nice, right????) Black and Teal is just sexay :D

Isn't that back cover weird? I'm glad I don't have to take that off to change the battery every time. o_O

Woot! Wifey says I have Vape Mail waiting for me at home!
OK, actually she said was "Don't you have enough stuff? What'd you buy now?"
I do believe it must be my Nemmys!
I never get that off Emma purely because she is thinking of what she can take for herself. Now she has fallen for my Serpent mini and don't you just know when it's sitting on the Pico it will be impossible for her to either not take it or order one with my bank card, it's a no win situation for me. She's away for a week though so maybe I can hide it

yepper, think that is the idea behind the back door (so not to open it for battery) ;)

I'm not real big on all the style stuff, but I bought the covers anyway

So many colors! The only choices we had (and I forgot now where we ordered those...) were blue, teal, gray, and white. Me wants PINK! And maybe RED for when I'm feeling daring! :w00t:
