Actually they are. The supertank can use the Aspire Triton coils, and I have a bunch of the Triton coils I bought for it and one day out of boredom I pulled an old coil apart and checked it out, then took and made a 24 ga kanthal vertical coil for it and it vaped real well. I made 3mmcoils for it and they was a bit small so I have some 3.5mm and 4mm coil arbors I ordered for making bigger coils for it.
Also I found this last night on Ebay and ordered a 5 pack of them for $20.

I do not know how well horizontal coils will vape in this or what the airflow will be like. I think part of the great flavor that the Supertank gives comes from it having vertical coils. Will let yall know in about a month when I get them. They will be coming from a slow boat from China.
Hey chopdoc, there is a RBA for the triton too but a better one was made. I bet that would fit too, forgot the name of it, it was made before the trition came out with one. Oh, somebody just told me they don't fit ??

Supertank uses the top threading so Triton RBA won't work.

The Anyvape show will work. Guy out of Vegas sells them on da bay for a couple bucks more and ships fast.

The Anyvape coils work pretty well but air is much reduced. I can put about 30w to them which means I can almost get a decent vape but not quite. So close but I rarely use them

Was looking at the Triton one and your right, it wont work. It is not threaded on the top. Funny the Triton premade coils are threaded on top but the RBA deck for the Triton isnt.

Yea I know, sorry:(. I just included you because you and chopdoc were discussing it.

And thank you for thinking of me! :D 'Cuz I need all the help I can get, you know. ;)

@Lannie, it is always difficult, no, impossible to say what someone else would like but I did think about you when I tried the Goblin Mini, it is a little restricted but a very smooth draw, flavor is fantastic. The Serpent Mini has a bit more airflow, the only way to know for sure is to try them yourself.
I am looking forward to showing you my new setup soon, far from my usual setups. Ya see for someone who buys so much stuff, I'm never really a good person to ask as one week I like lots of airflow and vapor, the next week Im all about flavor and less airflow. I'm just in a position to be able to try anything and everything, I'm all over the place, always have been where vaping is concerned but I enjoy it. I am never satisified and I am always jumping from one to the other that half the time I confuse myself. I probably have some kind of problem, I would love to just settle on something but I cant.
My honest answer is take what I say with a pinch of salt, maybe I'm selling myself short a bit as it is my honest opinion at the time, I just change my vaping style A LOT

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful

You know what's REALLY scary? I totally get what you're saying! My thought processes must meander in the same fashion yours do! LOL!

Wow, that's a lot cheaper than the RBAs for the iSub. Those are $8.00 (give or take a few cents) EACH. I've not tried making a vertical coil yet, don't even know how I'd go about it, to be honest. But I guess there's always YouTube, eh? :) What about the insulator situation on the Supertank coils? That's the only hangup I have with the stock iSub coils. The insulator tears if you look at it sideways.

Oh, and I totally forgot to say earlier, @Debadoo I saved that recipe for chocolate cobbler and will be trying it out as soon as I have a little time to play with something OTHER than juice or cheese in the kitchen. ;) Thanks!

I have had no problems with the insulators on the Supertank/Aspire coils but I also havent been able to find anyplace that sells replacements. Eventually they will get old and brittle and then I dont know what I will be able to use.

If you do decide to try a Supertank, dont get the mini unless you like filling them all the time.

So I need a "super" Supertank? Thanks for the tip! ;)

Uh-oh. I was just browsing RTAs on Fasttech and found an AUTHENTIC Boreas for $22. You think it's really authentic? I put one in my cart. I hope they still have them when we finally decide to place the order. The stainless one was out of stock, so I got a black one. Well I put a black one in my cart, let's put it that way. Whether I actually GET it or not remains to be seen...

Wow! Seems cheap to me, but I've heard that if it says Authentic on FT it usually is so I don't know.

I had the Silver one in my cart till is was discontinued... I didn't bother with the Black version even though it will match my Merlin. Watched a few videos on the Boreas and figured I really don't need another juice burner since I already have the Moonshot and Hannya RTA.

Authentic listed items on FT are Authentic, styled versions are clones. Everyone is leery about buying batteries from FT, but there are more Authentic ones there than you will find on Amazon or eBay.

Speaking of the Boreas, FT had the Merlin on for $17 last week with the MAP code. It doesn't work now, so they must have caught the error. :w00t:

Generally if FT says authentic it is.

This Merlin is in the running for my new favorite tank.
Hey Boden, is that an after-market drip tip, or did that come with the Merlin? Can I use bigger Ohms and tootlewomp on that thing, or is it strictly DL? Enquiring minds want to know...
(actually, given my druidic leanings, it's the tank name that is attracting me) ;)

Hope ya like it. Atcha liked it better than I did. It was ok to me, but my dil had bought nestle cocoa. I think it would be much better with a better and darker cocoa.

The first link that LJF put up also had a super tank rebuildable for 25.00

I have Hershey cocoa, so it's prolly the same as Nestle. Oh, well, it's what I've got, so it's what I'll use.

I did NOT notice that Supertank with the build deck when I looked at those links. Maybe I didn't have enough coffee yet? Or was it a link in the link? Anyway, I've bookmarked it, thanks! :D

I like hershey chocolate much better than nestle, so I bet the cocoa would be better too
