Hey Boden, is that an after-market drip tip, or did that come with the Merlin? Can I use bigger Ohms and tootlewomp on that thing, or is it strictly DL? Enquiring minds want to know...
(actually, given my druidic leanings, it's the tank name that is attracting me)
I made the drip tip. The coil above is a 1.3 ohm parallel 30g 10 wrap. I'm running it at 15W currently with the 2.5mm air port installed.
Sounds perfect for my tastes. Now if I can just get Lannie to stop filling the cart, maybe I could slip one of those in there.
@Boden. Do you get any leaking with the merlin.....can you lay it on it's side without leakin?
I've seen many posts saying that it doesn't leak even laying on it's side, but obviously I'm going by hearsay. I'll be playing with mine tonight, so I'll add my feedback to whatever Boden tells ya after I get it ready to go.

Today I was able to get a bunch of vape mail my mom been holding for me. I got a ton of stuff!
But want to give my opinions on the Kanger NeBox. I use to be a MTL type of guy until the first time I tried a subtank mini and I been a lung hitter ever since. Hits like the Boreas I love but am also very happy with the way the Supertanks vape. The three STM's I have was retired a few months back because they are just not airish enough anymore.
With that said, I been stocking up on gear before the FDA screws us and we cant get new gear and I been focusing mainly on mods. I have a ton and I mean a ton of attys and stuff so I wont be hurting if I cant buy anymore other than withdrawals from shineyittis. Last week I was looking for deals and seen the Kanger NeBox on sale for $20. Its a mod with a built in tank that holds 10 ml juice.......hmmmm, worth a try for that price! So I got two of them.
Today I tried one and I gotta say, not bad. The air is a little more restrictive than my preference but still a nice set up all around. It is small, smaller than a pack of cigs. Not bad on weight sitting at 220 grams with the battery installed and juice well full. And it gives a great flavor vape. It also comes with an RBA deck. The coils look the same as the STM coils, and I have plenty of them still as well as the RBA deck is one of the easiest decks I ever built a coil on.
Mountain Oak Vapes where I got these two from is sold out of them. They was on clearance but if yall see any for around $20, it is worth giving them a try.

The supertank can use the Aspire Triton coils, and I have a bunch of the Triton coils I bought for it and one day out of boredom I pulled an old coil apart and checked it out, then took and made a 24 ga kanthal vertical coil for it and it vaped real well. I made 3mmcoils for it and they was a bit small so I have some 3.5mm and 4mm coil arbors I ordered for making bigger coils for it.
Also I found this last night on Ebay and ordered a 5 pack of them for $20.
I do not know how well horizontal coils will vape in this or what the airflow will be like. I think part of the great flavor that the Supertank gives comes from it having vertical coils. Will let yall know in about a month when I get them. They will be coming from a slow boat from China.
That sounds like something I could use since I have to leave my vape gear in the car in a cooler. Hmmm.
