I don't mind feeding them, but I'm scared to milk one! Now, horses are right up my alley.
We've got two of those, too, but one is very old, and very large, so I'm not promising she'll still be here by next year. I hope she is... but the Arab is a joy to behold. Wild as a March hare, but he DANCES. You'll like him.
And speaking of milk, I gotta go wash up the machine (I can't hand milk anymore with my trashed hands) and get breakfast for the carnivores, then for us. Later, guys!
My first horse was part Arab. How cool!!!!! Hope the old one will be around. Love the big horses too. Had a Shire. She was a loving doll. Had a 18'2 hand percheron too at one time. She's driving now for a local buggy company.
She's not Shire-big, but close. Actually, she's a registered (yes, she has papers) Quarter Horse, but she's the biggest dang QH I've ever seen. I used to have a gelding that was as big as she is, but I don't know what his breeding was. She's built much the same as he was, though. I can't get near her with a stick to measure (she's VERY spooky), but if I had to guess, I'd say she was 17 hands, and maybe a touch taller than that. We think she was mistreated by the ranch hands at her previous home, because she's very wary of men. She didn't have too much trouble getting used to me, but it was a year or two before she'd let Rich come within 10 feet of her without bolting.
The Arab, on the other hand is compact and sturdy, and VERY athletic. I've heard it said that dressage moves are nothing more than "natural" moves that are taught to be performed on command, and he's done some of those things. I almost choked on my spit one time when he did one of those fancy moves, I'm going to butcher the word, but it's like "capriole" maybe? He reared up, and then while his front feet were still in the air, he jumped with his back legs and kicked them straight out behind him. "Gobsmacked" hardly described my reaction to that. I just like to watch him float. He's so pretty. And if you have sunflower seeds, he's your friend.
He was a breeding stallion until he was gelded at 7 years old, just before he came here (JUST before, like the week before), so he still has the 'tude. 
I posted that picture on our Canadian Vapers FB group and it promptly gets ignored... But if I would have posted a Twisted Messes or any other $6 a coil tank on an RX200, The Likes and Comments would have gone on till next week.Man, That SETUP is NICE!!! I have been getting starred at by VT133's for over a week now!! Trying to see if I can squeeze one in the budget before I move! lol

They did take a thrashing from one of the B&M owners about the "look" that they portray in the media. Every time someone is around with a mic and camera they all swarm in for some "Clouds Bro!" You know the kind all dressed in black with the baseball cap, face piercings and neck tats or beard. Never smoked a day in their life unless it was weed, blow the big clouds wherever they want because it is their "right" and are the self appointed "Voice" of vaping.
Well they didn't like what the B&M owner was saying at all. He pretty much called them out as clowns and idiots, using a more colorful choice of words.

You know the kind all dressed in black with the baseball cap, face piercings and neck tats or beard. Hi, yes it will be next year so plenty of time to plan, we need a list of people that want to meet up so we can plan the RV route.

Going to start winding dual wires. Got me a 2.5 and 3mm brass rod to make a winding jig with.
And since I am retired now put me a charger and basic vape station in my workshop. Am setting up a computer out there since my wifi reaches. May run ethernet out there...
