And I'm using 26g stainless (10 wraps, 3.5mm) at .40 ohms at 60W. I have the original Limitless, not the Plus. I dunno, but mine doesn't "blow through juice" any worse than any other tank with .4 to .5 ohm coils on it. Weird. I do have my airflow shut down to about 25%, though, because with it farther open, the vapor is too intense. Maybe that's it. It means I take a 2-second draw instead of a 3-millisecond draw (LOL!), but that's where I'm most comfortable.

I have an essentially same build in my Crius, dual 28G coming in at 0.5 ohm, and the 5 ml tank capacity lasts a long time. Maybe the giant chamber on the Limitless in comparison to the smaller, but still large chimney in the Crius is the difference.

What are you running, maybe I'll try your build and see what happens.
Of course I could just review Boden's tests, and aim for something less efficient...research time.

I was taking 4-5 second pulls at ~ 60W and I could watch the juice level drop.

Baby puffs would make the tank last longer. Especially if you are only vaping on the ramp up.

Gonna do something different with the L+ tonite and realized I'd filled it this morning.

No kidding 6ml of 6mg in 10 minutes. That beast needs to be fed.

Some saddness in the land as that 28ga SS build while a pain to build performed fantastically. Ohms were a bit low though and I didn't wanna use it on the Hexohm.

Can A Drip Tip Change the Way You Vape??

I like a good sized DT but never a chuff.

And I see Rixsta always uses Dotmod DT's and I know he likes nice stuff.

But I wasn't spending 20+ bucks on a whim.

Along comes clones. And for 75 cents. Not much of a gamble I'd say. For S&G I picked up about 15 of them.

They are completely amazing. They make everything better. My wife also fell in love so we went through the 15 in no time and I ordered 25 more.

I have them on everything from a Merlin to a TFV8.

They are kinda a compression fitting so they are kinda best left along so having a few is best.

I 100% endorse this product. Gearbest has gotten real good about getting stuff out the door but the Royal Dutch Mail is still very slow. Figger close to 3 weeks.

Absolutely a DT can change how you experience the vapor. Too wide and the vapor doesn't exit the tip as a stream and the flavor is diffuse. Too narrow and the vapor only hits a small part of your tongue.

So, I slacked off on my sciencing, been distracted by other things, and often either forgot to reset the data, or wasn't using the DX200 on several days. But yeah, mostly just been really distracted recently. So Gonna try to get back on track. Two sets of puff time results have been previously given. Tonight I'll be posting some results from my Limitless+ nichrome build.

There's a new DNA firmware update out today. Reportedly improves SS TC. May have a bug with recharging, at least on a VS though, so I'm sitting and watching for a day or two.

I always laugh when I read someone say " a 100 foot roll will last a lifetime".

It all depends on how long you expect to live.

    Latest round of sciencing results-
    Tank - Limitless Plus
Build - dual coil 26 gage nichrome, 3mm, 8 wraps each spaced, .473ohm total resistance.
    Mean Wattage - 47.26W (47.5W setting)
    Std Dev - 1.08W
    Mean puff time - 4.08s
    Std Dev - .99s
    90 puffs total (367.11s)

For anyone keeping score so far (Fuzzy...), looks like my puff times really are generally around or above 4 seconds. Also, still not accounting for time after releasing the fire button. I'll eventually gather some semi accurate times for that.

So, does this mean what I think it means? I notice myself reaching for the Crius Plus more and more, and I have my Merlin and Bellus both with wide open airflow now. Is this still reversible at this early stage, or am I in deep :censored:?
Not really, I still sometimes enjoy a tight draw MtL myself. Ummm, like 3 weeks ago Wednesday I think it was, took 2 or 3 puffs on a Nautilus Mini.

Yeah, OK, on second thought, all hope is lost for you...

Well I'm freaking bummed this morning. Decided on coil day! Took my Merlin and wanted to put a new SS coil on it now that I have TC figured out. Go to break it down and he chimney wouldn't come off. OK, cold water, nitrile gloves, nope. Freezer for 15 minutes. Nope. Pliers with a towel to protect the metal. Yay! Take a look, scratch on the chimney. And just the area that faces me when the tank is mounted! No dent, but a definite scratch.:-x

Look online for a replacement part. Annnd..............none that I could find. All I can do now is stare at the scratch. Now I do have a second tank, but I'm not tossing an otherwise working tank over a scratch. Good news, my second SS tank came with a replacement smoked glass. Figure I'll throw that on so I can't see the scratch as well and have 2 clear replacements. That, or order a new tank. I'd rather spend the money on something else though.

    I'll order a new tank.
