I had the opposate problem last night. I usually make 300mL batches every six months or so. Making 30mL was a pain because all my measuring equipment is too large. Ended up making a 80mL batch.I have 2 graduated cylinders out for delivery and some 26G 316L from Temco. Now with the graduated cylinders I'll start making some larger DIY batches later in the week.

I'm used to working with liquids by liquid measure and solids by weight. I know some folks like by weight, but in my mind, I rather just do a measure and rinse. All of it gets you to the same place.
