That would make a huge coil. If you have two drill bits ~2.3-2.5mm that are dull (heating will kill the hardness) you can hold them in a vice grip.

Two 3/32" drill bits would give a inside width of 2.4mm and a inside height of 4.8mm.

That said pretty much any hobby shop will sell SS rods of a size that will work For ~3$.

28ga kanthal paraelel. About 8 or then wraps.

In a Merlin at 1.02 ohms wicked with rayong and vaping like a beast at 25w.

Problem is the Bananna flavor lingers in my sinuses which is weird.

Did the banana linger in your senses before you added the custard?? Could be something in the custard that is accentuating the banana maybe

Jup, got 6 of those beginning of May for my Reos. Love em. Needed a married pair after that, so recently got a pr of Sammy 30Qs to try for the cuboid that I then found out don't work lol

Ok, so what do you use to put the ingredients into your mixing bottle/jar. Many of my flavors are now in glass, and I want to get the rest of em in glass. Not sure if I need to get glass bottles with eye dropper tops, or just keep a few droppers to use with the glass bottles they're in. I don't mind pg and vg being in plastic, just don't want nic or flavors in plastic. I can get a couple squeezy bottles for pg and vg, but seems I'll still need either a big syringe, or something to be able to put the nic into my mixing bottle, so that seems to defeat the purpose of mixing by weight. I can't stand dealing with pipettes. the flavors I can find a way to do, but if I'm adding 18 or 20 mls or grams of nic to a 120 ml bottle of juice I'm making......that is way too many droppers to use. I've got a 60 ml syringe that is super easy to clean and dry, may just need to use that for my nic, even if doing it by weight, dunno.

Ok.

I taped the shorter piece to the drill bit and wrapped my coil.

Then I torched it until the tape melted and the bits fell out and I had a coil.

So far its a great vape.

So of course I had to try a dual 3.1mm rod Radiator in the Merlin.
This is one huge coil. Triple parallel 28ga. 0.68 ohms

At 30W it is a beast. I suspect after it breaks in a bit 40W will be silly.

Edit: that's the same surface area as a 5mm round coil.

I been hitting it non stop for a hour and its about the best I've ever had. Its soooooooooooooooo good.

TFA Banana Ripe is good, but very small amounts, and it's not only a known tank cracker, but people even report being unable to measure it with a syringe as it will cause the syringe to jam up.

I do have a couple glass tanks now, but wouldn't trust it in a Reo bottle.

I just pour out of the bottle and into the other bottle on the scale. I mix 120 to 250 ml of finished product at a time, works well for me. I add nic first so if I end up with too much I can pour some out, only happened once.

I just pour out of the bottle and into the other bottle on the scale. I mix 120 to 250 ml of finished product at a time, works well for me. I add nic first so if I end up with too much I can pour some out, only happened once.

Ok.......have only played a bit with the scale once since I got it, so will try this. Right now I've got some nic in a mayo jar lol but can put some in a 120 ml jar to have more control. Good idea to do the nic first.
