Need some advice on squonk mech building. Do I shoot for the perfect coil temp at 4V fresh off the charger (accounting for battery sag). Or do I build so it's a bit hot at first then settles to just right for the cells 3.8V period.

Interesting question. I build my attys the same way whether I'm squonking or dripping. I've never considered doing it any other way. The squonker that I use is a custom built DNA30 that I bought a couple of years ago. I have plenty of mech mods but I don't really use them anymore and strictly use regulated mods.

Thanks Kad, the Dripbox 160 is just too large, but I have been thinking about the Wraith, biggest problems I read about is peeling paint, and the battery door hard to close. Still undecided, but I am just looking right now and seeking advise. Thanks for the input. :)
The geyscano is about the girth of a triple battery mod.

It's big
And clumsy

I have one I never use. Wife won't use it either.

I like to build mine so they're a little hot at first, .24-.4 ohms depending on the build/juice combo. I put in fresh batts in the morning so I get a nice nic kick with my morning coffee.

Yea it does look a little wide, but I think any regulated would be that way because of the board. I got one at auction on fleabay, $32.83 shipped, it was the color that sold me. Also the logo is on the bottom, not side, & the RDA is a quad post, not a 3 post like the original, so I am hoping it is like some pictures I found and has air flow over both coils. But for the price, I'll make use of it. But then again I have spent a lot more on some of the dust catchers I already have.

Hope it works out for you.

I understand your curiosity.

But no, it's excessively large.

I have a wood regulated squonker that's smaller I think in every dimension and much more comfortable in the hand.

Oh my goodness that is adorable Boden!

Does the squeeze have the same bottle system as the dripbox? Does it pull down and have the little stopper, or is it a regular squonk bottle?

It is a little large, but not too bad. Got it in today, been vaping it for the last 5 hours, once you get used to it, it's usable. The RDA is the 4 post with duel airflow, so it works good with duel coils. I did put an o-ring in the bottle top, seals better. Ended up with one with no logo at all, which is fine by me, having the name on it means nothing to me. The - adjustment is touchy as I saw in some reviews, but it works, and I don't change my watts a lot. The corners are a little sharp, and the sides could be rounded a little for better hand feel. Overall a very usable regulated Squonker for only $32.83, money well spent IMHO. :)
