Yes the stock tip on the V2 needs to be changed, it is a wide bore press fit but a little too short IMHO.They are great tanks and it's good to hear they improved this, I will be doing a review soon myself but not sure where
The drip tips on the supreme have always been a no no, the last one restricted airflow a bit.
I'll probably stick an OBS in it, I'm used to those.

I have dotmod tips on my OBS Crius Plus' too, kind of like Franks Hot Sauce...
The V2 doesn't suffer from the constant moistness like the original Supreme, no whistle either thanks to the honeycomb airflow shield. It is great when you don't have to worry about coil height or placement to reduce annoying whistle.
If you can wick a Supreme you can easily wick the V2 since it uses the exact same velocity style deck. The flavor is excellent, and with the chimney being quite a bit shorter than the Supreme's, it might just be a little bit better.
I'm very impressed, I look at the V2 as a Mini Plus with a V-Deck. Currently running dual 3mm 28g*3/36g fused claptons (AVS SS316L Wire), 6 wraps for 0.11Ω @450F/85W. A very nice Vape, I have a triple coil build in one of my Plus' with the same wire at the moment.

I've ordered from STS in the past and service was excellent even though you pay a bit more. The other folks I like for tanks is Eciggity. They are super responsive for CS.
I've got 2 orders in with FT. One has been pushed back, and one SHOULD be on its way...
I've been buying most of my gear at B&Ms as of late. As a business owner, I knowwhat they have to do to stay open, so I don't begrudge 'em most markups... and I know when I'm being cheated or lied to. On the other hand, there's NO wait. On the other other hand, I have more gear than most vape shops, so I've had little luck scoring the boutique items I'm looking for. Oh, Aliens and TFV12s out the Wazoo, but nary a Taifun BT or Tomahawk X to be found. In fact, out of around 20 shops I visited during a 3 day, 4 state mini vacay last week, I probably only saw 8 rebuildable anythings, and 4 mechs...

Yep, STS and eciggity are both great, and surprisingly my orders from eciggity have always arrive faster than my orders from Cali.
You know, given the size if your personal inventory, if you just start buying from yourself think of all the money you could make. [emoji28]
I'll support the local B&M as well when looking for every day vape gear. Unless there is a blister pack coil available for something, you won't find it for sale around these parts either. There are the popular RDAs & TFV style tanks for the #CloudsBroClouds crew but very few RTAs. I think one shop had the Aromamizer V1's for sale when they first hit due to the popularity, but that was it. There would never be a Taifun BT or anything along those lines, 90% of the vape clientele want's to pop in a coil from a blister pack and has no time to tinker.
I'm just waiting on the good word from @Shawn Hoefer or @ccwaters in regards to which version of the Taifun BT to pick up.
Knowing how USPS works sometimes, it would probably leave his mailbox, travel through (at least) 5 states, then arrive in his mailbox a week later.
