I'm glad I saw your post, I realized I forgot about the attys! Oh well, I can always add a couple things for another order.

I know what you mean. There is always something else you like to try.

I just noticed there are a few of us from PA. Do you think the Monkey can handle this cold weather up north? :)

I'm excited and went ahead and ordered batteries already! I found them at Madvapes, and the prices weren't too bad. I picked up 2 of the 18650's and a charger, but I see they have lots of other battery sizes too.

I feel the same, I didn't want to order the batteries one place, then have to hunt for a charger, too. Plus I added some juice, since I'm still trying out flavors.

ETA: Oops! Sorry punkinduster, but looks like we recommended the same place!

If the dimensions are the same as the original, those batteries will not fit. The red Aws and 17670s will fit. I have several UltraFire and Trustfires and they will not fit. Hopefully Tom expanded the battery compartment.

I have a box that I am using just like the one I have sent you and my reallly big 18650's 69mm do fit but they are tight. I do believe you that yours was too tight to fit em'. But regardless I have made the compartment bigger. I answered Alisa Below..

"Hello Alisa,

Thanks for your question. I have adjusted the battery compartment for these a little bigger to 75mm from 72mm to accommodate any size 18650 that is less than 74mm long. Some batteries are slightly larger than claimed. I believe that will cover any length 18650 that I know of. It is also slightly more width for the battery. If they don't fit now I will be amazed.

If you would like to use 6 volts I would recommend two protected 18350 size batteries they are 37mm.
I also like the protected 18650 3000mah ultrafires. They are red.

If you would like to know anything more ask again. No problem, you are helping everyone."

Yep, That would be Rayna. The original founding member bass player. She retired two years after their fourth and last studio CD. The touring was brutal after she had her daughter & was married to the drummer of Sevendust that toured constantly also. Awesome, glad you liked them.!!!!
Yeah, Sway (the Roof) was one of my faVes. Heavy !!!

WOW! I'm a huge Seven Dust fan!! Morgan Rose is one of my favorite drummers. I didn't put 2+2 together, I knew Morgan was married, but I didn't realize it was your daughter. From what I recall, they split, right? I thought Rose was married to a Playmate or something? Dunno, I try to ignore most bands private lives and focus on the music.

I really liked that Loco song, nice and heavy! Has she rejoined the band?

I put my order in and then remembered about a day later that I also needed a drip tip. Never dripped before so I don't have one. By the time I went back online to see if I could add one to my order and I received an email that said my order just shipped. Great service! Now I guess I have to order a drip tip/mouth piece and pay shipping for one item.

Hey Tom, do you have a drip tip you want to get rid of and throw it in my Monkey Boxx when you ship it? Just send me the invoice if you do.

Dave....

Just a hint....I can't stand the plastic drip tips! When through a couple of them. The metal tips from Liberty Flights are awesome. The snap on tightly, never melt and never fall out of your atty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very hopefully! I have a black AW, a TrustFire, and a couple UltraFire 18650's....and that's it for vaping. I'd like to be able to use them all like I can with the Phidias.

Thanks for the info. If the plastic ones melt do the metal ones transfer the heat and become very hot on the lips?

What you don't believe me Thad? I am the greatest. Well at least I think so.

There is such a big range in battery sizes. I have to use a C battery size spring and recess it enough so that it doesn't take up too much space in its compressed size, but still expand nearly 14mm. Pain in the ...., but i believe we got it covered.
