OK, are you using the stock drip tip? It's just too damn short! Swap it out with another, it'll fit loose, you'll have to change out the O-ring or put some dental floss behind the o-ring to make it wider if it works. But just put it in, leave it loose and try it.

Appreciate your help,,Tried that too,A little bit better.I hate this f...in thing,Going to trash it I think

ok
Thanks
I've had jennys before but never had this kind of trouble
Are you using the Notch coil?
I am, I started out with a 1.2 ohm 28ga Kanthal build at around 17 watts and it was fine, now I'm using the notch coil, set a 370 deg 35 watts. I have the air hole 1/4 open above the coil with a longer drip tip and am pretty happy. I'm a mouth to lung vaper, so it's never going to be exactly how I like it as it's too airy for me. But it's certainly workable and the flavor is great!

Just as I was starting to like this thing...

My glass just shattered as I was pulling it off. Shards everywhere...thankfully I was wearing rubber gloves. Yes, I had lubed them when I first put it together (the o-rings, not the gloves). I'm sure some of you can get it off no problem, but atty parts sometimes get stuck...we've seen it before. If it happens here, it can be disastrous (your fingers are in direct contact with the part in question). Unless they give us a plastic or sturdy SS option, then I'm doing one last build in my remaining tank and chuck it when it's shot.

I've taken the glass off my Theorem a few times and it was not easy. I was afraid that I was going to crack it and after hearing about your accident I'm going to make sure to protect my hands next time.

Well so far with fiddling with the theorem ~the leaking issue turns out to be a defect of the peek material and changing The small whitr O ring doesnt help. Simply the black peek doesnt not close off the juice hole and just by tilting it leaks lol
Therefore this sadly is not a go to tank for me but one thing for sure~!
The flavor is out of the world! I cant carry it with me out but when Im back home from a hard days work~ Im greeted with this flavor buster ! So It has its cons but nothing is perfect!
Oh btw I just ordered my new tank : AVOCADO 24! It will be here this week so Ill keep you guys updated! Darn excited lol:banana::rickroll:

At least you finally found the source of your problem. Can the vendor where you purchased exchange the black peek insulator for you?
Excited to hear your thoughts on the Avocado 24!

Sorry to hear, thankfully you were wearing gloves. I thought it was just wimpy me having so much trouble getting the tank off.

Tried that also no difference :(

Have you seen the drip tip that comes with the Aromamizer RDTA? It has a solid wall to block juice from spitting upward toward you. Works great in my Lemo2. Doesn't work in all atties though. Some are too deep for it and block airflow, so ymmv...

Wanted to try one of these and after finding one here for £18 (steal!) I have one on the way.

Disappointed to hear the glass removal problems. Anyone find a way of doing this easily?

Sadly no, I changed flavors again last night and had a hell of a time getting the glass off, again! I lubed up the o-rings with juice before putting it together, we'll see how it goes next time.
I get not wanting it to fall off, but this is redunculous!

I tried many different drip tips, I ended up using a larger o-ring. Another forum member suggested putting dental floss behind the oring to make it larger.

I tried leaving it on the mod to stabilize it when trying to take the tank off. Not a good idea, it's on there so tight that you risk damaging the 510 on your mod.

If you're scared of ruining your mod, use a junk one. Or get someone to make you a holder like this:

Atty should sit flat. Any wobbling will place stress on the threads. Also if you rock the glass tank off, there is very little clearance. This places all the stress at the edge of the tank, easily cracking it.

I agree 100% about it being redunculous!

I should have been more specific. It's not just loose, it doesn't sit down far enough. I'll check it again when I get home.

Don't trash it! Put it up in the classy's or pay it forward! They are a decent atty, just take some effort like any genny style atty.

I just made a new coil
26g 1.20 ohms smaller diameter more wraps
And it works good now

Thanks alot for your help:)
