I dont think Joytech/Wismec came up with coil design in the first place, so theres probably a third party selling Notch coils to whoever wants them. Which, by the looks of it, is just about everyone.
Jaybo said in his vid with SMM the first he hear of the notch coils was at Joyetech in China. He walked into a meeting where they were discussing it. Jaybo asked if he could include them in the Theorem & they of course said yes.

Wow I think vapesourcing has great customer service! They actually sent comparison pics to assuage your fears. I like that!

I just got mine about an hour ago. I trimmed the wicks, fluffed them up and made sure there is space between the cotton and the glass. So far it has been a dry hit city above 35 watts. Any suggestions?
From what I heard, I haven't received mine yet. Are the wick ends touching the bottom of the tank? Heard it's better for the wicks not to touch the bottom.

Yeah, the communications from them has been awesome. They also seem to have some inside dealings, as they were the only vendor to offer genuine wismec notch coils. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with them again. I hate ordering gear from china, but if they have it with a good price, I'd order again.

If they aren't touching the bottom you can take sharp tweezers & insert from the end of the coil to remove some bulk from the wick. Daniel from djlsb Vapes usually recommends doing that to help with wicking.

Because of your experience with them I'll likely look towards ordering with them too. They were great in communicating with you every step of the way on your Theorem order, pics & all! Thanks for sharing your experience!

I dont have dry hits but man this thing is hot! I realized to get good flavor need to go above atleast 45W which is quite extreme for me under that i dont get much flavor just loads of clouds ~ need some help as well

the good news is the theorem that I ordered from origin vape on Friday afternoon, will be delivered on Monday. Can't wait to try this thing out. I don't know if anyone else is doing this, but I'm changing out the cotton with the notch coils. I have some cotton bacon that works well for me, plus I have no idea where wismec got their cotton.--no matter what they say.

It seems like it's really best to think of it as more of a self-juicing RDA than a tank. P/reviewers like Matt at SMM who are actually paying attention do say it's not really meant for bouncing around in a pocket, just like most RDAs are gonna get messy in there.

With the right combo of wicking and juice/build variables I'd actually be surprised if it really leaked that much, but still if you're got zero tolerance for any moisture it's best to keep it a "desktop" upright vape.

I had my suspicions early on that calling this a "tank", by most people's definition, might be too generous... I've been over "genny" style atties since 2012 anyway.

Is this one of those tanks that you can't lay on its side? Sure looks like it.

Glad I opted for the Alleria. Now that tank is an actual tank, and it is nice.... almost pornographic. :D

I'm thinking either cotton bacon or rayon. USPS tracking states mine should be here on Monday from Eciggity, but USPS has been wrong before.

I emailed angelcigs Friday afternoon asking for an exact ship date. They just won't email me back. Horrible customer service with this company. I don't understand why they dont have someone from their US warehouse answering emails from the US. i get half English/half gobbledegook emails from them. Sigh.

At least my new minikin is coming tomorrow. That will help assuage my need for new vapemail for a few days lol
