Amy - sorry to hear about your issues. This in fact is one of the reasons (besides cost) that I have taken to the DIY thing full force. I HIGHLY reccomend this route to any fellow vapors since it is sooooo rewarding. It really is very simple and if you can mix a drink you can make your own juice. No more waiting and nail chewing hoping your juice will arrive. No more wondering if you will like the 30mls of suace you just spent $20 buck on. etc etc etc. Best of luck and I hope they take care of the error on your order.

And the following will happen for the umpteenth time:

- FSUSA Fanboi's\Fangirl's will respond to this thread bashing the OP and blaming her problems on USPS or the wind blowing sideways during a full moon

- David will follow up with an explanation and tell us of offers he sent to the OP to "make things right" which never happened..Oh, he will also make sure to mention his puppy dogs and seven children even though it has nothing to do with the issue at hand.

- A moderator will close the thread stating that FSUSA responded and addressed the issue

- The, (now closed), thread, (and issues), will sink to the bottom and eventually disappear. <YAWN>

x2 - You got that spot on. It is what it is. I didnt have any issues with FSUSA in my 1st and only order, but their juice just isnt for me.

Want me to do a supplier review on them too? No I expected delays and I did the right thing and contacted them directly. Now I know when to expect my order. People are human beings. Human beings make mistakes. Seems like you are complaining about something so small. It is just beyond me.

Please re-read her post before you take the none-too-surprising dig at AngryAmy. The order placed on Black Friday shipped the next day. The order she is having a problem with was placed four days before Black Friday, 11/21, which theoretically should have been out the door before Friday even rolled around.

i appreciate the offer java, but i already had someone else offer to send me a little, and husband wont let me take candy from strangers. lol

ummm FSUSA/David is a stranger, and probably makes the liquid in his kitchen.........and the coment on Diacetyl !!!??? wtf I'm glad i didnt like his liquids ! He seemed like a nice guy..fast shipping to me (3 months ago) and oh signing the card along with other family members was a nice touch. your only comlaining about his service, he can blame that on someone else. I bashed his liquids and the basklash was fierce, 8 samples down the drain.

I think you misunderstood son. Her Black Friday order was shipped while while her 11/21 order was still in processing. It's the 11/21 order that she's talking about, which didn't arrive until 12/2.

Edited to add: Sorry, seem to have gotten caught in a time warp. I see this has been covered.

You neglected to mention that another thing which will happen for the "umpteenth time" whenever anyone reports a problem with FSUSA is that you and a few others will jump in with sarcasm and incendiary comments about FSUSA and anyone who is happy with them. The reason that the threads get closed is because YOU and your bash buddies always turn them from discussions into arguments.

As to Amy's problem, I'm sorry that it happened. I have had no problems with FSUSA's products or service, but that doesn't mean that others haven't. I have nothing against Amy and she has every right to bring her problem here if she feels that is the only way to get satisfaction. I just hate to see a small group of bashers keep taking over such threads for their own puposes and cause them to be closed.

Personally, I just don't understand bashing or defending within another's review/opinion thread...... It is what it is... a personal experience with a vendor that is being voiced.

If you don't agree with the review, start your own thread and relate your experience. Then, if people are searching out information on vendors they'll come across the "for" & "against", and make a decision on their own based on balancing the information available.

I don't believe there's a single vendor out there who hasn't had at least one disgruntled customer (no matter what the cause), and its bound to happen again to each and every one of them.... its the nature of business & even more so with online ones.

Seriously... what's the point of infighting or thread disruption when there are much better ways to get your own opinions/reviews out there.... really !

I am not sure what it is with FSUSA and the passions it brings out from either side. I am a big fan of their liquids and customer service personally but some people are just over the top on either side of the issue.

To their credit as my grandfather used to say "nobody kicks a dead dog." The negative attention is a side effect of their growing popularity.
