@Verashu / Tom - Also, the product that I ordered in black color that you claimed was not available in the "US warehouse" , even though that was the premise upon which I placed the order... your website still shows it as available and in Stock in the "US warehouse" with a dispatch time of 48 hours....so far we are over 250 hours since my order was placed. Get your story straight. More importantly, get my money refunded and quit scamming consumers.



Tom - Order number 100058879. This item was supposed to ship from the "US Warehouse". I made the order, you took my payment immediately (12-30-17). You provided no order confirmation or tracking information, you did not respond to my emails, the item did not arrive. Only after I opened a dispute on PayPal did I receive this email (1-8-18)...

I responded that I did not want another color and requested a full refund since you were unable to provide what was agreed upon. I have not received a response or a refund. Tomorrow I will also be getting my bank involved. This is an extremely poor way to run a business. You dont have what you agreed to sell me, so give me my money back...very simple. What's the problem? Do you for some reason feel entitled to keep my money? If anything, you owe me a full refund and then some for having to waste my time dealing with your incompetence and scandalous dealings. But make no mistake, I will see this through. Your vapesourcing should be ashamed.

I expect a full refund immediately.

Thanks. Horrible company. I am only just beginning with them. Everywhere and anywhere vapers talk, I will be there telling them all about vapesourcing. Spread the word, the people need to know.


I hope you get your refund I put in a dispute with my bank so I can get my money back and if anybody asks about this company I will let them know about my experience.

I will, I’ve told a few people already not to shop here. It’s funny how the site states that they have a product in stock but the minute you order it it’s unavailable. I think they expect people not to care about there money and just keep it. Not mines I worked to hard for it. I see two hours after I contacted my bank that I’m getting emails from VapeSourcing that I can’t understand cause it’s a multi part message. I get it though they don’t have it or won’t have it within the next week. I will stay with my trusted vendors from now on. Is that your package he is referring too?

I don't quite get what is happening here and I was (briefly) hopeful that things had improved but unfortunately with the volume of complaints and odd responses, I am once again hesitant. It's really too bad. I don't think it's malicious but I do think if you own a vape company you need to learn how to maintain your website so it is accurate, and get orders out the door in a timely fashion. I am sure there are times that is harder but the complaints seem pretty consistent. :(

I can't imagine how this could be an improvement. Horrible company, worst I've ever dealt with for any service or product. So far they are all talk, no action. And all their talk is lies.


I don't quite get what is happening here and I was (briefly) hopeful that things had improved but unfortunately with the volume of complaints and odd responses, I am once again hesitant. It's really too bad. I don't think it's malicious but I do think if you own a vape company you need to learn how to maintain your website so it is accurate, and get orders out the door in a timely fashion. I am sure there are times that is harder but the complaints seem pretty consistent. :(

If I were you I would just find another company to shop from and not waste your time with this one. It’s plenty of great vaping suppliers that pride themselves in customer service not excuses and lies about the product they have in stock or shipping said product to a customer. If you notice that you can not check the tracking number because it is conveniently incomplete. Run away and don’t look back.

I couldn't agree more. I wish someone had warned me about this sad excuse for a company. Warn all and put this piece of garbage out of business.

If I were you I would just find another company to shop from and not waste your time with this one. I asked for a refund days and days ago. I did not ask you to ship an extremely late package. How did you get confused?
I am really sorry for that, but we have take package to USPS On January 9, and the tracking information update in 10, we can't cancel the order at that time. If you refused to receive the parcel, we can refund to you immediately. @Overman

That is the same tracking number you show in your photo. I have already came to the conclusion that I will never receive what I tried to purchase from this company and have filed a dispute with my bank. I’m not playing these back and forth games. Like I stated earlier you will never get another dime from me. Although I do find it comical that the item I purchased is no longer showing up on your site any longer. You should be ashamed of yourself☹️
