Have you contacted CS? did you get a reply?
I'll reverse the charge if I don't hear back from them in a couple of days.
I can understand delays, but can't tolerate CS not answering back especially it is 6 days after placing order

I also ordered recently on Sep. 6th and my order hasn't shipped. Everything is from the USA warehouse so I imagined it would be quick. Order #100234789-usa

Hi Verashu,

I placed an order (#100233660-cn-sz) on August 29th. Status information on the website still shows "Payment Accepted".

In the meantime I sent two messages to CS to ask for status update, but I got no reply.

Can you please help? Thanks!

Thanks for helping out.

Unfortunately they just told me that the ordered item is out of stock.

I’ve requested a refund, hope that they respond “a bit” faster this time..

@Verashu I’m sorry but I need your help once more..

After 11 days of waiting, sending multiple e-mails, and finally asking you for help, I got the message that my order is sold out.

So I asked for a refund. But again no response at all, 3 more days of waiting is too much..

Can you tell your CS to refund my payment?

We had a three-day leave due to the Mid-Autumn Festival, so the refund was delayed, we will deal with it for you right away.

    Do you know how shipping rates to the US will be affected after all USPS international GEPS contracts are terminated September 31st?
    Or if the US leaves the UPU (Universal Postal Union) on Oct. 17?
    I don't want any packages returned if mailed during this time frame.
    Any info you could give us would be appreciated.

    Also how long is ship to US typically?
    The mod I'm trying to order is the SMOK Fetch Mini.
    Any help is very appreciated.

    Hello, the smok fetch mini will in stock at the begining of November. the time ship to US will depend on the logistics mode you choose. You can pre order now and when it in stock, we will send to you.
