    Hi please give me updates on my packages. Neither of my tracking numbers are working for the 2 that say theyre shipped and the 3rd that I paid 17 dollars for express shipping(4-7 business days. Its been 10 already) for still hasnt even shipped. Please contact me or I'll be needing a refund. I have had no replies from cs either

    I have an order (100292722) and it was for a Pre-Order product. I asked a question on the product page:

    and they changed it from Pre-Order to In Stock now.
    However, no one answers my emails or queries.

    I placed an order #100281126 with you on March 6th, 2020 and paid for it that day.
    on 03.04.20 you changed the order status to dispatched. And sent me the following tracking id: #H1001930023438402023 cn-sz warehouse
    Unfortunately, this id has no information to date.
    What about my order and where does my shipment lead?
    I've already sent you three emails but you don't react to it at all.

    I have been in contact with Vape Sourcing regarding my order # 100295009. I was finally able to track the shipment on 17 Track, but I haven't seen any updates to the tracking in over 2 days. Can you assist me in figuring out when to expect the order to arrive? I placed, and paid for, the order on 4/6/20 so I'm a little concerned that it hasn't arrived yet. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
