Zeph 1:1-7 ~ The word of the LORD which came unto Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hizkiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.
2 I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the LORD.
3 I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked: and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the LORD.
4 I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;
5 And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship and that swear by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham;
6 And them that are turned back from the LORD; and those that have not sought the LORD, nor enquired for him.
7 Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord GOD: for the day of the LORD is at hand: for the LORD hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests.
I believe this is a warning from God for people to repent. God is trying to get people's attention here, telling them to wake up before it's too late.

I'm amazed by how willing the masses are to so easily dismiss the miraculous......
I don't think there's anything "miraculous" about this. As I posted a few pages back, the Feds recorded approx 167 such "mass deaths" for animals last year. Reasons were varied but included parasites, disease, weather and yes, some unknown.

Jason, I'm sure there is trauma present from falling, but what about the blue beaks....the clotted blood.....you don't get this from a nose dive. I would think there is somewhat of a splat, but clots? Sorry, my friend, but my gut says no. I knew it from the first flock of blackbirds doing a swan dive. Firecrackers? Overeating? Don't buy into it. I'm still keeping an eye out. I may be completely wrong, but this may be the year of the rapture. Something has stirred within me that after pondering on it for a week or so, I think the Holy Spirit is starting to prepare us. If I can ever put my finger on it, I'll let you know.

Yep, totally with the 'Sisters' on this one also. Sure, birds die from 'natural causes' from time to time.... but not like 'this' and not on this scale.... along with the massive fish deaths?... Nope... somethin is definitely up and different this time.....
PS - On the 'fifth' day of creation GOD created the fish & the birds... I don't think it's just mere coincidence that it's fish & birds dying worldwide/randomly by some sort of 'accident'... with God it's always by 'design'.... that's my humble opinion and I'm stickin' to it...

You guys can look on Christian Cinema.com: Faith-Affirming and Family-Approved Entertainment and find all kinds of Christian movies you won't believe! Be sure you're buying a movie instead of a short story that is 33 minutes long. I watched another one the other night about friends getting together for a funeral. Anything done and acted by David A.R. White is Christian. Granted, none of these folks will never be up for an Academy Award, but the message is soooooo good. This one had John Schneider in it and he is a seasoned actor, but he didn't have the main role. I don't know what is going on with me, but I LIKE IT!
Left Behind: World At War has Kirk Cameron and Louis Gossett, Jr. in it. You need to start at the beginning, though. They are good!
