Yes, I saw this in the description on TW's website after I had posted...Good Call! Looking forward to trying this out, I've been wanting a way to give my low/no nic mixes a little bite. I hope it doesn't give me heartburn though...
TECC sell the concentrates, but don't seem to have the Diabolo Loco or Poco neither. So, AFAIK TW is the only place to get it from.
I only have the HR premix 36mg, so i'm not sure of the % for the concentrate. The flavour is very nice though, I love it. Very mellow taste.

The follicles in the back of your throat go super nova when you take a big hit. I found that out when I accidentally hit it at 6v. Never again. I felt like i'd been tazered.
Hence I stress no more than one drop per 10ml
Don't treat it like your normal flavouring, it hits unlike anything else available. It even comes with a warning note

10 ml@20 drops a ml yields about 10*20*10 ml=about 2000ml of Throat Hit, worth the $16+USD if the TH is kosher!
(Don't argue the 20drops per ml, I have researched [this is what pharmacies use], and ALL of my droppers verified this.)
1) Do you mouth inhale, or direct lung inhale?
I think that because I mouth inhale this maybe my TH issue, but direct inhaling does not feel normal to me.
2) How fast is TW's shipping?

I have not the courage to direct inhale the DL infused juice, in fact it would probably leave you in a lot of bother if you tried. Mouth inhale is fine with this stuff, but I do direct inhale mild menthol blends.
I've never had any problem with TWs shipping within the UK, if I ordered at noon on Tues I would receive it 10am on Weds. I can't speak for US delivery, but packages from Levy in Florida take 6 days to get to me and 8 days from Linda at PA in Cali.

The description of the flavor means that it contains capsaicin or a closely related compound, but I thought you'd already tried that 86d?

I know I can google, but then I get what I am not looking for. If they would just take the restriction of chars off so I can do a PG, VG, V2, TH, hit, oil, or other USEFUL searches that would be a killer fix.)

Capsaicin isn't really a problem unless it's very concentrated, or you spill it in your eye. Some people have reported that instead of a TH they just get a burn in other areas such as lips and mouth. I don't know since I've never tried it, though.
The TH from Cinnamon Oil comes from Cinnamaldehyde, which you can get in a pretty much pure form from PA.

I have actually been adding Cinnamon Oil to my Atomic Cinnnicide, to increade the TH, and add to the flavor. I think I burnt out my tastebuds.
For killer throat hit You could also try Capsicum tincture (pure cayenne extract diluted in ethanol)
Much better value than Flavour Art, that's what I use in my 0mg liquids. This is not my idea btw, I think it was Walrus who came up it first.
