vaping is easier to do than smoking.
When I first started, I vaped way more than I had previously smoked because I kept it in my pocket and could vape at my desk at work, whereas with analogues I would have to go outside for one. Same with being onon the bus, train, etc. It got to the point where I thought 'I don't even really feel like it, I'm just doing it because I can.'
So now I vape in the same patterns I did when I smoked and my juice intake is between .5 - 1ml a day.
I vape 2 - 3 1- puff sessions in the morning before work and before my shower with a coffee and an ep of a tv show. I used to have 2 -3 cigs during the same time.
Then if I want to have a vape at work I treat it like a cigarette and go outside and only have the eqvt amount of time / puffs as a cig would have given me.
When I get home at night I would usually smoke 3 - 5 cigs watching movies or tv before bed, so instead of sitting chain-vaping which is ssoooooo easy to do - I think of each 10 puffs or so as a 'session' and limit myself to 3 - 5 sessions.
This way my juice lasts longer, I have no need to increase my nic level (6mg is my preferred level) and I feel no need to buy mods and accessories etc as my ego and 6mg juice is quite enough for me.
Of course at weekends if i go out to a pub or club or poker game I will vape as much as I like - again same pattern I had with cigs.
If you chain vape and have wondered what the hell you're doing - it's coz it's so easy to do all day long (stealth vapes etc.)
Keep it in a drawer instead of on your person and think of a vape break as the same as a smoke break - something you do a cpl times a day and not all day long.
This way I more than halved my vaping (I still love it) and never need more than a simple ego-c set up and a 6mg juice, I rarely need to change flavors either as I'm not chain vaping so do not get over-sensitized to any one flavor.
Just my tuppence worth.
