Where was this post 2 weeks ago! I may have saved a few bucks! I did go for a three piece 901 at first cause I thought it looked sleak. And it does. But, it is a pain in the rear. I have much stuff mostly revolving around the inferno with a 4ml tube tank. Got replacement tank and cartos as well. Not to exclude the more cigarette looking 901 and an apollo extreme which I like when I am working at home and its light enough to let just kind of hang from my mouth..lol.

Interestingly, I spent a lot of money and energy on the eliquids. I have bought from about 4-5 vendors and about 30 or so flavors. Excessive? Yep. I like variety though and find myself wanting to switch hourly.

I see dual coil cartos.. extra punches... I really don't know what is best so far. Vamo vs. Provari is the goal. Eventually? I have dropped about 450 -500 in the last couple weeks. I think I can wait a month or so... I picked up an extra shift at work (Im a RN) that make up for my indulgance...

Smoktec DTC?

Your best most favorite ejuice supplier???

The smoke tech dual coil carto tank is pretty popular. Personally, I've tried 4 different tanks with a dozen or so smoke tech cartos, and the tanks are ok, but their cartos are trash imho. I only put them on the list because so many others seem to have much better luck than I with them.

So far, I've been very impressed with Rawr vapor, high caliber, and myfreedomsmokes for liquid.

Not only is the vamo less expensive, it is also going to be more user friendly in the long run. Being able to set wattage and have whatever heat source you put on it dialed pretty close to perfect makes it a much simpler experience. If you really want to cook, it also has a higher amperage limit, so in voltage mode, it will deliver greater than 6.0 volts to a higher resistance heater, making it technically more powerful (not that it would be at all enjoyable to cook off your eliquid that hot).

The provari is a great device, durable, well built, widely adjustable, and as powerful as anyone needs. However, for the price, I couldn't justify one over a vamo.

I've been away from the cig-a-like ecigs so long and don't really stay up on whats going on with them so its hard to give advise. When I started I chose the Joye 510 because of the 510 connection and I still think that's a good idea because if one does decide to upgrade, which many people that come here to ECF will do, many of the juice delivery parts one has used with their 50 connection ecig can still be used on their new upgrade which will more then likely be a 510 connection if one gets into the larger APV's. :)

Personally I don't think there is a bad first choice because the most important thing is to start somewhere. No one is going to know what they are going to like or not like until they experience vaping for themselves. Reviews and recommendations from others are great but there is nothing that can ever replace first hand experience. :)

Looking at the signature on the bottom of your post...HOW many cigarettes did you smoke???? 3k in 4 months! That is super!

It went past lots into the more-modern "lotz." But seriously, folks, I was a 2 1/2 pack a day smoker. Now I'm a 0 a day smoker. This makes me happy and means I can breathe again.

I went with a Provari. I didn't want to be frustrated or fooling around or buying something better down the road so figured that would be a good place to start. Its been 10 days since my first vape, added the lil mama tank 2 days ago.

I'm sure I will pick up other mods in time. The Mortar looks interesting :) and something smaller for travel use.

My mistake was not ordering enough juice. Now I am stuck vaping all the samples I dont like over the weekend until my 250 ml delivery arrives on Monday :)

What flavor do you love so much that you ordered 250ml? or was that a combined order? What company did you settle on? I started vaping about the same time you did. Kinda wish I went your route and went straight to Provari. But, I am sure I will get one soon. I want to get one now they have that dent sale!
