I currently use my Vamo in 18350 mode unless I know I am going to be out all day, then I stack 2 18350s. But I guess I dont mind carrying 2 batteries.

Imo stacking batteries in ANY mod isnt the smartest thing to do. Thats an awfully big chance to take in a device held inches from your face.

The ProVari is American made and if you've held one you can FEEL the quality which are definitely reasons to go with a ProVari, but feature-wise I don't think you're going to get anything new.
There are three lesser-considered factors that put it on my list to get... warranty, reliability, and ruggedness. I spend a good amount of time outdoors, and from what I gather it's pretty much bulletproof. So I wouldn't have to worry if I drop it on a boulder while out hiking.
I don't have a vamo but reliability is definitly what makes Provari so damned good. I have 2 of them.
warranty, servicability, excellent customer service. upgradeable when they become available and nearly indestructible.
when that vamo breaks try to get it fixed and see what happens.

its not a big deal or blasphemy everyone isentitled to vape how they choose, but a quick trip to the Prov forum will show you all the posts from peeps who found out VW isnt all its supposed to be.

that pretty much sums it up :)

I have had my Provari for over a year now. I am rough on it!! My house has concrete floors so it has rolled, been dropped, slung (on accident) bounced off walls, knocked off tables (2 kids and 3 dogs) . . you get the idea. Still working. There have been two occasions where it started giving me problems. I contacted customer service, one was simply it was dirty they walked me through that. Fixed. The other was from a fairly traumatic run of crashes into my floor (meaning more than 2 less than 10 ;-) just a bad day. It stopped working. . . um well I will just say and NOT advise. . . but my fiance who doesn't smoke anything took it apart and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Point being the thing is so well made yet so simple. Not many parts but very solid. If it is past warranty and a little something goes wrong I have found it fairly easy to find a remedy simply because there is not much to it yet it is so amazing and complex. I am fairly sure this thing will be with me till the end. If it has made it this long - it isn't going anywhere! Almost everyday I hear something hit the floor and think oh nooooooo . . . . pick it up and push the button and my baby fires up every time and I rejoice with a huge heavy cloud of simple perfection!!
