I have had this happen to me as well. In fact, I thought for months that I had some kind of illness - not related to vaping. I thought this because I was already using only 10 or 8 mg juice... BUT it's true, good delivery systems really make a difference. I was making myself sick all the time! lol.

My usual symptom was nausea. The worst ones .. double vision (hence dizzy), nausea, vomiting, and cold sweats. Good thing I finally figured it out. I now use mostly btwn 6 and 4 mg juice.

Ugh.. all those months I coulda avoided it!!

The only way to find out is to back off for a while and see if there's an improvement. Sounds like you discovered the solution. I wonder how many smokers and vapers feel lousy and don't realize why. I've vaped 24mg like a smokestack for over 3 years and I'm finally taking it to 18mg on the way to 12mg. I still have some 24mg to get rid of in between, but I'll get there soon enough. Most of my remaining 24mg is stuff I really wouldn't vape unless I'm waiting for the postman.

Maybe you could dilute your 24mg juice. Ya know it will only make you wish you had if ya don't! lol.

If I vape on an empty stomach I get a little sick but cigarettes did that to me as well so I have to assume that is how I react to nicotine. When I went down in nic strength the sour stomach became less and less respectively so now im pretty convinced its the nic.
Like it was mentioned before, if I drink or eat something it just goes right away or if I tough it out the sick feeling passes after a bit.

sent from my phone via tapatalk 2 because I can't stop reading and posting on ECF

Brand new thread about health risks from vaping after studying 9000 vapers in the Philadelphia area. Good News!

Just a correction - this study did not study 9,000 vapers in Philadelphia. It studied the existing research on the chemistry of e-cigarettes, which included around 40 previous studies and over 9,000 "observations" from those studies regarding e-cigarette vapor and liquid chemistry. Still good news! :)

I used to get nic sick a lot when I first started vaping, but now, I can chain vape all day without ever feeling sick. I guess I got used to higher nic levels in my blood than when I was a smoker... Funny thing is.... I can go a long time without vaping and my craving for it doesnt come close to the panic mode I was in if I couldnt smoke.
