I don't know. I bought from ecig today and got 5%. I didn't care because the STM was only $10. I'm sure there's way better deals out there for other stuff!

Take a look at the tricro coils! In 28g wire they come out at about 0.8 ohms, great flavor!

It's very easy! I'm using it in two rdas, it is much better than the twisted fused claptons I had there before, higher resistance too!
