I would wager that there is no such thing as ZenKote other than a frilly marketing term. Most likely just Cerakote or some form of ceramic coating.

Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is a chemical process used to produce high quality, high-performance, solid materials. The process is often used in the semiconductor industry to produce thin films

ETA: Zen came up with ZenKote for his own mods, not just for appearance, but also because of increased conductivity. ProVape didn't use it until years later.

Well, now that he appears to be scaling back on mods, that's a distinct possibility.

But I'll promise you that if you ever put your hands on one, you'll understand (quickly too). Many of us had doubts.
