They had, and I was using paypal which I hadn't used in a LONG time because I heard they were easier to work with in case of disputes... I ordered once from 3F and it was a good experience. I even went to my old house to see if it had arrived, and it had and they returned the package to sender. I know the folks that bought the house, so I'm sure they did that, and I'm pretty sure Gearbest got their product returned to them. I guess it may be hard to track such matters, but I believe it to be possible, but they wouldn't entertain any offer I offered them, and then "captured" my funds, so I was like, F it. At least it was only about $20. In contrast, IMRbatteries had the same thing happen and refunded everything, including shipping, and just had me reorder, and even sent it 2 day shipping for free. IMRbatteries is the best.
I don't blame them since it was in their TOS, but I won't use them again, either. I'm very capable of screw-ups of all kinds, so I didn't want to risk it, and they were really snippy about it, too. I would've been happy to pay the return shipping AND reshipping, and I told them that. But no....

It's okay, I'm over it, and fasttech is really my preference at this point. 3F was good, also.
