Holy cow, that's an art exhibit. Beautiful. You guys make those?

Yes. We started because hubby got given a lathe and wanted to practice on something. I wanted some driptips to match my elegance tanks that were no longer being made and it kinda took off. Of course once we started I wanted all the different colours  We don't sell them and just give away all the ones from the spare acrylic.

Every pic I post has them on all my gear. :p

He also makes all the matching buttons for my billet boxes

one perspective is you can go all forensic math on it....

the drip tip we use has a diameter of 9.2mm OD, half that and it's [/4.6mm]
round 4.6 to 5mm and there would be an equal thru hole to wall thickness of 5mm
most tips about 16mm-18mm tall ? (common)

plastics not as strong need thicker walls than metals

so what do we have - 17mm x 5mm (air tube) x 9.2mm (standard)
then a 3mm air tube would be a tight draw thick wall// 7mm much more air ? thin wall

have you looked for the rubber/silicone ones, I like those

think my favorites are the Teflon ones - clean, solid, less heat transfer

just bla,bla,bla from a lunatic :w00t:

- Drip Tips - Teflon - DesertVapes

- Soft Gel 510

These are fantastic thank you! I actually used to order tips from DesertVapes, but it looks like they have some new ones. And ya, I think Teflon might just be the answer. My plastic ones are just so fragile, and I do like the few Teflon I have.

Much thanks!!

Definitely going to try those rubber ones- those are actually exactly like the plastic ones I referred to before, but more sturdy.

I've never seen anyone go all Beautiful Mind on drip tips....that was impressive. Thanks again!

Darn, is it tuesday already?! [emoji38]

Regarding built-in chargers in mods....

I have several18650 mods (well, ok many ) with that feature. Some claim to be "pass thru" vape capable, some don't. I'd rather not be charging and using one thinking it does when it doesn't...

Charging will produce some heat, although of course nothing should get hot. But heat is a primary factor in electronics failure. I'd rather keep that heat out of the mod, away from the electronics.

And, for me, it's just too darned easy to pop fully charged cells into my mods before going out, so I don't have to worry about it at all.

But I don't think onboard chargers cause shortened life of built in cells. Lions and Lipos are only good for a certain number of charge cycles, whether onboard or off. If you only have one or two, they're going to be cycled frequently, and reach end of life sooner.
Agree!

I should get the Pico this morning so Fingers crossed I like it.
Got mine a few hours ago...and of course tested it! So far I think I really like this little fellow! So tiny and purdy! I am vaping with it on wattage mode. No TC for me, thanks very much! The PT feature does work fine. I have the Cero Mega tank on it and it looks and vapes great!

#3 and #6 appeal to me. I'm going to think about that.

He is back to normal thank GAWD. They told him it would take a couple of months to fully clear the toxins and he had some tingling in the extremities (fingers and feet) for a long time. That seems to have settle down and the dexterity is back.

It gave us both a huge fright and the whole episode was a lesson/wake up call in how to deal with emergencies.

He is back in the shed and we are in mod making mode. I love being able to use something we have made ourselves.
That is great! I'm so glad there aren't more intense after effects & that it's all returning to normal! That was a frightening thing to happen. {{{{Hugs to you both!}}}}
