Are tootle puffer RTAs even a thing anymore? Or are our treasured artefacts now relics? It seems to me, most new RTAs are all subohm. Maybe I haven't put forth enough effort to search, but the few I've found and got my eye on are the Kayfun and Squape. Can these new fandangled RTAs, i.e. geekvape zeus, support high ohm tootle puffing power?

MTL has been making a strong comeback for maybe the past year (two?) or so. There are a bunch of new MTL options, with more seemingly being introduced every hour.
I'm not sure why this is happening but my best guess would be that folks realized (a) they actually like to taste their juice, and (b) they didn't need to burn 300mls per hour to get a satisfying vape.
I guess it doesn't matter, but it's nice seeing new options hitting the scene.
When I came on to the scene and bought my gear, there was no such thing as a subohm RTA. I'm glad to know tootle puffing making a comeback! I might just keep my eyes on the kayfun and squape, they're experts on MTL.. although I've never vaped one. Many people seem to enjoy them, and I don't mind spending more on a superior quality item, especially since it will last practically forever with proper use and care. I also love not burning through gallons of juice and charging a bazillion times a day, filling my 5ml Erl seems to take FOREVER to vape! Sometimes I want to switch flavors, and I'm vaping more than normal to get it empty.. and it just won't!Hey Bark,

There's a new Kayfun out that people are liking (I'm still using the old V2L+ whatevers), and the Doggystyles are much-liked too (myself included). I have the Dawgs rated just slightly under the Erls (for vape), and slightly above them for ease of use and reliability (they almost never leak!). I prefer the Erls, but it's close.
Since you also like the Erls, my guess is that you'd like the Dawgies too.
Over and about that though, there truly are a bunch of new options.

Dvarw's are definitely well regarded, but I can't speak to them (I gots none). I know the Big Erl challenges (vaping them down).
Left to right; Big Erl, Li'l Erl, Dawg.
They make authentic versions too, but I'm not an expert in that area. I think almost all of the newer options can be had in both authi & clone versions.
I'm sure some of the other TP'ers here will know more than I do though, so give it some time.
I have taken the Big Erl challenge to a new level, by going blind.. I've cracked too many tanks, that Erl sent me a barkfunklerbunk proof SS tank.LOL! Yeah. That may be why I like it...
