Many years back, @smacuser would pop into a thread, not say a word, and just drop one a many different "jazz hands" meme, and leave it at that. I'm not sure exactly why, but it was one of those things that would CRACK US UP, all the time and every time.

When I decided to peek in, then saw the post, I didn't even have to look at who it was. :laugh:

And yes, it STILL is a direct hit on my funny bone.

Remember Unc, that maturity and I have never really been the best of friends. ;) :banana:

    Yeah, it was back towards the beginning of the first TP thread, and my being more of a troll than I am now, I wanted to show my appreciation for tootle puffing without actually having to say anything. Once I saw it got stuck In AndeaD's craw, I'd drop in every now and then with a new jazz hands gif, thus getting the nickname Jazzy. I know it's totally juvenile, but I can't help it. Of course after a while, I moved on to make infrequent trollish stops on other popular threads.
    I had a case of nostalgia last night and wanted everyone here to know I was thinking about them. :wub:

    @DPLongo22 (or even @classwife ;) ) - could tell Ya' I wouldn't know anything about being "Juvenile" . . . "Us" Old People - like myself - always act appropriately . . . However, I think understand your reason . . .

    Is it normal for the beauty ring to be spinnable betwixt the atty and ProVari 2.5?
    Is there a gap between the atty and the top of the Provi when you don't have the ring on there? I think the length of the 510 post will determine whether you get spinning or not. My rings spin because they aren't attached to anything on the mod itself. If the ring was any thicker, it might keep the atty post from making contact to the mod.

    With some atties they will spin, others they will not.

    I thought as much. Unfortunately, it spins with every atty I have (so far), so I'll just have to get used to it. No big deal.

    That's the downside. The upside is that the fixed pin on an old Provi are on the upper tier of any reliability scale.

    I'm okay with that trade-off, but I understand why not everyone feels the same way. For me, longevity counts.
