Same. Teats on a bull, they are.

Erlkonigins too. Silly little plastic rings. Who needs 'em (rhetorical). :vapor:
Weirdos need em But I know I'll never ever ever never use those AFC rings, but for some reason I've kept them.

I've got 2 original Prinz (?) Erl's and 2 clone mini's. I was never able to get a setup w/ 'em that I enjoyed vaping. Maybe I should ditch those air rings and give 'em another try. They been packed up for long time.

Me too. I've kept every single one, in a baggie inside my stash boxes. :thumb:

With the Erls it's all about the wicking. I'd never tell anyone they should or shouldn't try something, because everything about vape is so personal. If something doesn't work for me, it's getting canned, regardless of the "buzz" it's getting out and about.

IF you decide to try again, just remember that you only want tiny wisps of cotton running down the channels. The Erls don't like a lot of wicking material, and they let you know it too.

Wicking the Erl, the tails can be comically small. Once you get it though, it's just second nature. I don't even hardly think about it, I just do it.

Thanks for the tips ... as my fading memory recalls, I probably wasn't thinning the tails much at all. I'll have to pay attention to that if I get around to trying them again.

I have yet to even take my doggys out of their kennels but they look incredibly easy to build on, based on online pics. Do the wick tails need any bit of trimming(i.e. comically thin tails), or is it good to go? I'm guessing it's g2g based on the previous comments. I'll probably throw in a 26g kanthal 2.4mm 1 ohm coil in there, and wick it like I normally would, and not do any thinning. The juice channels look gigantic.

I was digging through the stash-o-ancient stuff and decided to go uptown.

Shelved the SMOK SID and decided to take the Segelei ZMax for a spin.
