I stuck a little wire in there attempting to solder it but it's such a small area that i just ended up with a bead of solder on top of the pin.
I am an atrocious solderer by the way , just awful .
Anyway , i tried to put it back in the base but the bead of solder needed to be trimmed to make it more streamlined and i have had no issues since .

I noticed (but mainly because I got the email). Often we've found that if you're looking for more than two packs, there may be better options (nothing against MFS, of course - they're an old favorite of mine).
What is this "better option" of which you speak, hmmmmm?
Sorry - I had assumed that the two pack limit applied, but it definitely does not (we just tested it). It's basically $9.56 per (for Nauti), which is OK, but we've found significantly cheaper in the past. If you need them right away, it's a good price.
If you don't mind waiting for FT though, currently around two weeks per delivery, you can save $2-3 per box. I believe they're $6.19 per right now, but that changes by the second, so give or take a few pennies.

Ah, OK... Unfortunately, I've never ordered from FT (or any offshore shop for that matter). The thought of ordering outside of the US has always made me uneasy. That price is certainly attractive though
It's rare that I don't have a cart at FT either loading, or on the way. They've really stepped their game up in the past 2/3 years. 10-14 days from order lately, almost like clockwork. Can't beat the prices either. You just have to look to make sure you're ordering authenic (it tells you, but they sell both).
They take PayPal too. Such a deal! ;-)
In fact, I received a package just today with a bunch of coils for the Egg Rolls. Tomorrow or the next day another will arrive, with premade RTA coils.
Yeah - I'm lazy, but they're pretty cheap, and work GREAT (for me).

I caved - I ordered a bunch of CLRs for my Egg-a-loll (originals). Got some peeps I just worked into vaping - they got a couple of my spare Egg-a-lolls, but I didn't have enough coils for them. I've taught them to rewick - I'll soon teach them to recoil (jump back Jack!)

I still haven't even had to rewick one yet. These suckers LAST. And they're quite marvelous. I just got enough to make sure that I can always have a couple on-the-ready, even though they're pretty easy to rebuild (so says Kat & XX, at least).

They are easy to rebuild. I use sweeter juices, and I really like a clean taste, and I like to futz, so I'm often tearing them apart
They're not seeing as much love these days because I like my RTAs so much more, but for a "blister pack coil" kind of tank, they're probably my go-to (and they have purdy colors

I'm tremendously impressed with them, and they NEVER LEAK. It's a win.
I've rewicked a huge total of........ ONE. It was a breezy breeze, actually. Now, recoiling might take a tad more skill, but I think we're up to the task, DPL.
