@Cosmic_Glaze I dont know your vaping style but just FYI I only have minis (5, most of them stashed away) and my vaping average is 2mL/day @ 3.3V with a 1.5ohm coil. A 18350 bat lasts me 10 hours.

Thanks, that's good to know. I like the size of the mini over the large one. I'm usually on a 1.2ohm at 4-4.2 volts.. I have only used 18650s. That's what is leading to my hesitation.. A single one (3000mah)will last me all day when I'm out an about with no worries, and I have back ups when I get home. With the mini I have to buy new batteries to fit and a beauty ring now the price goes up to $65+.. I have 3 extra 18650s not being used now....for a little more money (30-40$) I would now be in the range of a DNA75 (I could play around with SS temp control)...and I would not need to buy batteries... think I'm gonna mull this one over...(hope for some holiday sales to influence my decision)

    @smacuser, I don't think I've had the pleasure of meeting you - Hi, I'm Dinger and I'm a Tootle-puffing/Mod-Whomping/Sometimes-Squonking/Build-My-Own-Coil/Blister-Pack-Popping/DIY-Juice Vaper.

I don't recall bring properly introduced, but I do remember we were on the Front Porch a couple of months back when we were all clueing our true genders to @Von Vape .

I am a totally frugal vaper. Apart from the two devices I mentioned above, I have an MVP2 that's been relegated to being a backup battery for my Jam Touch for when we go to the beach. My other everyday toppers include an iGo-L, an IBTanked and another Kayfun style tank.

My Freakshow Mini and Triforce sit in a drawer because I rarely vape over 9 watts. I've been on the DIY kick for about 3 months mixing mostly tobaccos and am really enjoying this Tripoli style I found.

This morning, I'm alternating between a 1.5ohm Chalice clone on my Dripbox, a 0.8ohm Serpent Mini on my VF Lite, and a 0.4ohm/dual-coil iJoy Tornado on an RX200S. I think I have an identity crisis

    This morning, I'm nursing a hangover :(.

I need to get it together soon, though. The wife and I are heading to the fairgrounds to attend a tiny house festival.

Of course DNAs are a totally different shape. I prefer cylinder-shaped mods. If you really like the Provaris you could buy the 2.5 - it's only 1/2" larger than the mini and same price right now - $29.95

Sold my Eleaf mod with my Nautilus mini to a buddy of mine (newbie vaper fresh off cigs)....now there is a void in my life....where a Nautilus coil used to be....
Anybody have the Aspire Plato? It lacks a rba which is kinda a bummer but it has the Nautilus coils....The Kanger Cupti ( has rba) n looks kinda interesting. Not sure how good the MTL coils are though....a nice All in One (18650) box mod might fill that void and be a fun toy.

Ouch! I hope you're OK now too. That's very dangerous (and VERY unpleasant!). :(

I know of at least one here who's tried at least one of them (calculating time difference in head)... :2cool:

I hear the Platos are famous "leakers", but can't speak first hand.

I've heard that too from several places. I wanted to get one for those times when I'm somewhere where stealth vaping is necessary since it doesnt look like a typical vaping device.

It s too bad because I think it's gorgeous.

@rhelton i hope you feel better. I've had pneumonia several times. It's awful. I feel for you.

I thought that they (Plato)did not leak at all? Were you thinking of the NeBox? That one leaked big time. The solution to it was to add a oring on it. They are selling those for $20 now. Reviews say they are great when they don't leak. That would be disappointing if the Plato is a leaker..it's a good looking device.

I just haven't jumped on the AIO bandwagon (as opposed to the REO Speedwagon o_O ). How do you CLEAN one? They do seem like they'd be handy, but I still have my reservations.
I imagine all these AIOs would be cleaned about the same way. I ended up getting an icare for my stealth vaping and really like it.

I only vape one flavor so dont have to worry about washing the taste out before refilling with a different one but rinsing the tank out with really hot water was easy when I experimented. I filled the tank then screwed the atty/top back and shook it well. Then I drew out the water with a syringe with a blunt tip neddle attached. Finished drying off with a twisted paper towel.

I imagine if there was any gunk left behind I could use a Q-tip dipped in alcohol. But I havent done that yet. I only use the icare when I need to so I wont need to clean often.

That's how I clean mine as well..just keep the USB dry and your all good. With your icare..have you tried any higher VG juices? I've only used 50/50 in mine was wondering if the wick would keep up with a 70/30 or 80/20.

Thanks @Bea-FL and @Cosmic_Glaze. I tend toward higher VG in my juices, and I switch flavors frequently..... I'm going to be doing some traveling over the next few months - was looking for something so that I wouldn't have to haul a bunch of my gear......
