You guys should seriously consider converting your mods to use external battery packs. Can't be too safe!

Exactly.Just in case my sense of humour is different....... You are kidding......... right
Sensible battery management is the key. Understanding your batteries limits and using them accordingly is something we all should do. Its not scaremongering to point out potential issues and its blase to discount anything can happen. Phones, Tablets so many devices use internal batteries and we trust the manufacturers to at least care a little bit about the safety of its consumers..... Look how that turned out for Samsung.
Does that mean we stop using devices with internal batteries..... No it just means you make a decision based on your understanding of the risks. Buyer and user take that responsibility.
Sorry you are having problems, Hope it all works out, Sending Positive Energy Your Way.Hey everyone ive had some health issues come up. I will be absent for a few weeks prolly. Talk to you all soon

You really don't need to. I upgraded mine and it did nothing for me. I got to add a logo to the screen, but that annoyed me because it was on the screen whenever I looked at the thing after a vape. I turned it off.But with every new device comes new questions. How often do I need to upgrade the firmware?
I never upgraded mine, but did download it. The Pico worked well out of the box, but I did have it dump the Melo III tank when I left it sitting overnight. After I got the mod dried and cleaned out, I make sure never to leave the Melo tank on it. If you didn't get the full kit, you won't have to worry about Melo III leaking on you. If you do have the kit, you can cut down on leakage by closing the air flow and hoping the tank pressure holds the juice in.But with every new device comes new questions. I'm not sure of what I'm seeing.Should I be concerned that my battery looks like this?![]()
I'm not sure of what I'm seeing.
Got another angle and a good description?
Tapatyped
@ChelsB - you just twist off the top --- you said you"can't get the screws out".

The full kit is the mod plus the Melo III mini tank. It cost about $10 extra when I got mine back in May. It was the first "grown-up" set I bought, so I needed a tank and a mod. My first post here was when the tank leaked its entire contents into the mod overnight. The folks here taught me a bunch about how to use these fancy things back then. What do you mean by the full kit? Different from this?![]()

Another tip for the screwy battery cap on Mr. Pico is to put a little bit of No-Ox lube on the cap threads. I did that when I was greasing my Provari's and was amazed at how much easier it was to get it on and off. You don't need much, but it does make it so much easier to turn when swapping batteries (I'm one that doesn't use the on-board charger for the Pico).
The button is slightly covered![]()
NO PROB, and sorry if I sounded short - I wanted to hurry and post before you started unscrewing anything important! Hope you love your Pico. We have several and love them. Love your white one! My next will be the white one with the copper/bronze trim and a white Ego One Mega V2 tank.I feel so silly! Oops
