I've done that before too but..last year I bought a Taifun GT clone from FT. I loved the authentic Taifun that I got out of the classies last year but it wasn't cheap. I saw the clones at FT, cheap, purchased it and it leaks like a sieve. Nothing I did to it, changing o-rings, wicking etc made any difference. It still leaked. I should've saved that $5 towards the purchase of an authentic.
I'm seriously contemplating trying the Kayfuns that you all are using so you see, I don't have a total aversion to cheap. So before I make the plunge, point me to the parts I need, please?
There's a disconnect between cheap and inexpensive. That, and some people were bitten by an authentic carrying a neurotropic virus... yes, they're rabid, and anything - no matter the price or quality - will be frowned upon if not authentic.
My methodology in selecting atties: I but the least expensive, highest quality item I can find. If it breaks, that means it was getting used and is worth replacing, and at that point, I upgrade. I'd rather have a $10 tank giving me grief until I upgrade than an $100 tank gathering dust. This process has served me well in many aspects of my life... just ask my ex-wives lol

Yep, we are of the same mind on this one for sure, built exclusively using FT parts.
I stocked up on these KF parts, along with several GP Spheroid V3s (after it fell out of favor) and Erlkonigin nanos as my future supply of my most fav MTL RTAs.
I love my authentic..the clone, not so much. So Kayfuns...help me out. What do I need to order? I can't go wrong with all the recommendations here.

I am NOT the only person to sell ocf large portions of their vapocalpse stash for this little Atty.
This is the ONLY Kayfun i know that yoy can pull the build deck to rewick or rebuild without dumping the eJuice.
Tge barrel screws directly into threads at the top of the bell cap.
If you tighten the barrel tightly to the bell cap it wont come off with the base. I have been using this little bell cap day in day out for 16 months i have not once had my Juice spill in the 100+ times i have re wicked.
Yoy can also bottom fill without using tge fill port on tge bottom. Also the airflow adjustment on the bottom can be adjusted fron a very tight draw to a restricted Lung hit.

In 16 months i may have had it leak 1 ml. Always because i didn't tighten the bell cap properly
It may leak if you change elevation but i usually stay around 3,600 feet elevation.
I don't think I'll be changing elevations unless I drive 4 hours to the mountains. It's pretty flat here.
I'm having issues with my Eleaf Pico. I purchased it as a preorder when it first came out, maybe a year and a half ago and I use it every day. Lately though the battery won't register, the mod won't fire etc... If I unscrew the battery cap then screw it back on it will work. I've cleaned the contacts on both the mod and the batteries I use. Any ideas?
I'm having issues with my pico too. Everything will be fine then I go to add juice and suddenly it doesn't work. I'm totally perplexed!
