If I remember correctly you haven't been vaping for a while. It could be you have to get used to it again. Try turning it down or not taking as big of an inhale.

G'morning Erryone!

Just got a great lesson in the construct of my KF V3 Mini Plus

I was trying to adjust the airflow, and the positive block came loose. Thorough exam, thorough cleaning, some futzing, and now drying in prep for today's build :)

Off to clean the vape cave.........

Whenever I use my vape, it hurts in my chest, my chest feels heavy and my throat begins squeaking.

Never had this issue before.

Drink more water, & use less vg in your juice. Vg has a dehydrating effect, which will cause both of those issues. Try drinking a lot of water first.

Fellow Canadian ECF'ers,

I'm curious - which Canadian online vendors do you use/recommend?

I've ordered from coolvape (Alta.)and canvape (Ont.).

Thanks!
Canvape are the largest and have the best prices, but they are total DB's if you have an issue. They only take Interact so you have no recourse like you would with Paypal or a CC if you have a problem. Facebook is full of hate for Canvape and I refuse to buy from them and GearBest (also DB's.)

I order from China (FT, 3F, FC) or from US vendors that have a good shipping price like Lightning Vapes or Sweet Vapes. Even with the conversion and shipping, US sites beat local B&M prices by quite a bit and usually Canadian online prices as well. Like corn flakes said it all really depends on what you are looking for.

I recently picked up 4 25R5's and 4 HG2's from LV for $10 each after conversion, shipping was $9 and took a week and a half. The local B&M wants $18 for LG's and $20 for HG2's. If I drive an hour I can pick up the LG's for $15 each and the HG2's for $17 each. Don't forget those prices still require the 15% sales tax (NS) and gas if I drive the hour to save $3 each. :grr:

I don't mind paying a bit extra for a local purchase, I realize the shop owner is trying to make a living but I will not be gouged from them.

Thank-you T.D.!! Appreciate your input. I'll check out the 2 US sites you mentioned. I'm thinking about a couple more Nauti Minis. And, maybe another mod...not sure which yet.

Cheers

@juskiddin, I'd strongly recommend an eVic VTC Mini - it does require replaceable batteries, so that is a consideration. It's a "box" mod - not sure if that's in your style.

However, it's a SOLID device and offers a LOT of room for "growth" ;) ;) ;)

Otherwise, I've heard great things about the Innokin Cool Fire IV. That is also a box mod, but it's an internal battery. I've had Innokin products before, and they've always served me well....

Cheers for chiming in, Lady Ding!

Funny you should mention the eVic VTC mini; I've been looking at those and thinking it is soon time to add an external battery mod to my (ahem) collection. I'ma check it out again.

I have a Coolfire IV (not the 75W) and I have been super happy with it. Nice and solid and the Nauti Mini is very happy sitting on top.

Is it time for a cocktail yet?

Cheers!

I'd won an eVic last fall - SOOOOOOO love it.

That's right - I kinda remember that you'd picked up a CFIV not too terribly long ago. If I wasn't preparing for the impending vapocalypse, I'd hit up the COV Mini, just because it's so freaking cute! The iStick Pico is pretty cool, and I just recently nabbed the iStick 60TC - it's quite light-weight (plastic panels), but really nice as well.....

And YES - it's BEYOND time for cocktails!!!!!! (Speaking of which, I need another :D)

I would still like to try the CF4 75W TC 18650 Version! Only thing I dont like about the specs is the SS Resistance Range only goes up to 1ohm, which is fine for some SS but others I build higher.. But, this is the same with a lot of other mods that do SS TC

If your into the CF4's its definitely something to check out. :)

I'll second the VTC Mini. They actually have a new version coming out called the VTwo Mini, though it doesn't look like much has changed with it. So maybe there will be good deals on the original.
I'm really hoping they changed the 510's on all the VTwo's... I really like mine..

You won one??? NICE!!
The istick Pico is VERY tempting; I love its form...cute! I am completely ignorant with regards to TC but I think I understand one doesn't have to use it (?).
Yep, picked up CF4 oh, about 4 months ago. I didn't use it much at first but lately I'm loving it.
Go git yerseff another cocktail. I'm switchin' from ginger ale to...dunno yet. 5.00 soon :)
