All I've been doing lately is getting the yard prepped for a shed to go up this weekend. Opening vapemail. I don't know who keeps ordering it but it keeps showing up.

Wow I have always wanted a secret shopper. :p

It's like winning the golden postal ticket. The one which guarantees every package arrives completely undamaged, earlier than expected and when you are home.

I just looked it up. It's taking a cotton sheet, pulling of a layer, fluffing it out to loosen the fibers and then rolling it to "over-stuff" the coil(s). More of a cylinder of cotton - holds more than the "typical" wisp.

Probably more effective for RDAs or RDTAs?
Since it's fluffed so much before wicking, I don't get the sense I'm overstuffing the coils.

The outer layer of the cotton pad is kinda compacted, so getting rid of it helps. That leaves about 90% of the pad intact, which gets stretched and pulled until it's over twice as wide as normal, which separates the fibers. Even though it seems like a lot of cotton, it's not very dense.

The strip cut from the pad is usually kinda flat and wide, though, so it has to be gently rolled into a cylindrical shape to go in the coil without forcing it.

I use this method to wick RTAs as well, since it soaks up a lot of liquid, but isn't packed so tightly that air can't seep around the wick.

For tootle-puffing builds, it's probably not entirely necessary. It helps with sub-ohm builds, since they vaporize a lot more liquid at once. If the wick isn't fully saturated, it gets dry after a couple pulls.

BOOM!

Got one today 10 days from China. KFM3 and some spares. Either customs is on the ball or something else is wrong. I also have one still sitting in customs in Richmond since about the 20th May

I've been FakeBookin', reading up, learning about "the system", and keeping a-breast (?) of all things vape, politix, advocassey, etc. That, and inventory-ing and stashing vape gear. We've been buying the staples and necessities and really, for the most part, turning a blind eye to the new shiny schtuffs.

Ummmm...... welp, except this one. ;)

DIY? Coils? justkiddin? Din din with the Kad?

    Oh my!!!! Deets, lovie dove.
Oooh, an RX75! Beautiful! Love the looks of those, been tempted by 'em. Not crazy about the 22mm atty limit though, since my current fave is 23mm. If I could fit my Merlin on one I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I've read mixed, so this is not a personal observation. A few things that bothered me were the low volume and lack of a changeable drip tip. There is a new kit from Aspire out which extends the chimney along with a new glass that extends it to 4 ml (better for my use). It's a pretty funky design, with the coil and chimney as one unit, so if it is rebuildable (which I highly doubt) it will not be easy. Having a few Aspires in the collection already and a Kabuki arriving today, I've been sitting this one out. But check in the clearo section, there's a thread devoted to just the X.

Wat dat, Lady Ding? Looks kewl.

It's a simple eGo Twist with a super shorty carto. Very amusing, as I'm so used to box or heavier tube mods.

Forgot how light and compact these debbils are. I have a couple of my eGo minis on charge. That's what I really wanted to take out
