Here are the three parts

Screw the barrel inside the bell cap and tighten carefully so as not to bung the threads.

I don't care much for the acrylic tank neck screwing down into the chimney. I can see it getting hot at some point and releasing a toxic nastiness.

I like the Steam Tuners tiny tank much better, it just seals against the top of the chimney with an o-ring.

and a Pa-aaaar-tridge...... I mean,,,,,,,, and an i-i-i-Taste in a pear tree.

Okie dokie, @oplholik and @misswish1 ....... you're on! Pictorial tutorial, please?

Party pooper. ;)
Think i figured out the problem.

Take the barrel and chimney apart. Put the Nano chimney chimney away because you wont be using it unless you switch to tge taller 34 mm tall bell cap.

Screw the barrel into tge flat bell cap tightly.

Now put a coil and wick on the deck wet the wick with Juice

Fill with Juice and screw the base into the bellcap.

Put a drip tip in the bell cap and your ready to vape

When i assembled tge parts list all of the single piece barrels were sold out or duscontinued.

Screw the barrel and cap onto the base.

I use these round nose pliers to tighten the barrel inside the cap. I need to wrap the pliers tips in something to soften them. That's it, just add drip tip. Hope this helps. :)

Welp, aren't you a sweetie, opl! Who knew it was THAT easy. So the trick here is to remove and store (= forget about) the hat for the chimney (chimmeny, if you're from the East Coast). Thank you muchly and kindly!

Somehow, I became confused with chimney, barrel, cap, and top. The nomenklature got me befuddled. Thank you for making it so klear!!

Now, if there were only a better option for the slightly nondescript frosted tank, a happy Kat, me would be. But I can disguise it. ;)

PS. Thanks, Two B. Got it!

Looks like you're ready to try the short Kayfun.

There are other color short bell caps available. But a few of them just don't work right for one reason or another so i posted links to items that i knew would work together.

I really want to thank @oplholik for posting the photos to help get yours working.

I think tge short Kayfun is a great little Atty .

FWIW, I ordered a l-o-n-g time supply of Kayfun Lite Plus V2 filler o-rings the other day. I got tired of the stock ones going flat, stretching, falling off the screw, or getting stuck in the filler hole. These push tightly onto the screw and always stay right under the screw head when you remove it to fill.

$2.75 for 50 plus $3.75 shipping, but they'll last me forever
Buna 90 O-rings 2 x 1mm Price for 50 pcs

These are called 2 x 1mm in a search because the inner diameter is 2mm and the ring thickness is 1mm. That makes them 1mm thick, 2mm inside, and 4mm outside when you add the inner diameter + the thickness of the two sides.

It's a strange, but very efficient way to refer to o-rings. You only have to know the center hole size and the thickness of the rubber ring to find what you want. If it's a 2mm center hole with a 1mm thick ring around it, you search for 2mm x 1mm o-rings. It's almost impossible to find what you want using the outside diameter and the inner hole diameter as a search term.
