If the FDA had connections with melamine suppliers, there'd still be melamine in formula...Thankfully(?) we have the FDA to protect us.

On the one hand, I completely agree... putting kiddy wraps and labels on vape gear (a Pokeball vape? Yep...) is stupid. It's equivalent to poking the bear... no, worse, it's sharpening the bear's teeth and claws so it can better shred us.
On the other hand, they have no issues with marketing chocolate frosted sugar bombs and hyper-sweetened carbonated beverages to a population showing a steady increase in obesity and diabetes...

Hey, they tried to limit the size of soft drinks served in NYC, no more supersizing, but got shot down in court. No idea how big the judge was who "weighed in" with that decision. Bottom line, don't try to stand in the way of a person and their liter glass of Coke.

Brought to you buy the same "nanny state" minds who don't think adults should be allowed to have flavored juice.
I've often wished we, as vapers, could set up two concession stands in any given capitol... one stand would serve delicious yummies, the other would serve unseasoned vegetarian lettuce wraps (OK... what I really want to serve is paper strip salad dusted with ash, clove, or dried mint served in a filthy ashtray, but that would not be a fair test). Let's see which concession gets more business from senators and congressmen...
