I took the top off the barrel, screwed it to the top of the tank, then screwed it to the base. Easy peasy and it's a great fit!! Woohoo! The black tank that I linked to seems to already have a chimney in it, does that look right?

As long as the base and deck screw into it, it looks ok to me. I looked at the description at FT but it doesn't list what the threads are. Let us know if you can put it together. I am wondering if that chimney screws off or if its permanently a part of the tank.

It screws off and it screwed down to the other base that I bought. The base I linked to, I bought 2 of. I'm going to use one with the 5 pawns chimney and the other with the black tank.

Yes, the black tank has it's own plastic chimney barrel. @Two_Bears doesn't care for them but I like them

I do bottom fill those though using the screw in the bottom of the KF base.

Good idea. I have found that when using the fill port that you have to be careful of the pressure entering the tank. Filling too fast can cause the juice to be forced out thru the air holes and then you are left with a mess. Same thing on the top filled clone set ups as I have tried using those type of top caps also(different tanks, same base and chimney set up). But it is still a very flavorful vape.
