Here's a current tiny tootle puffer setup.
Mega volt and doggystyle clone (on trial to see if the original is worth getting).
I actually have his built quite low with stainless steel 28/36 Clapton wire but I'm only putting 17 watts to it so it's a very smooth dense MTL vape.
The doggy clone is $12 or something. The mega volt is around $40.
Despite it having an built in battery (only way to get this size) it's a phenomenal mod for the money. It charges in half an hour or less with rapid charging (2.1 amp) and lasts well over a tank. I'd say I can vape a day from a full charge. Certainly a work day and with such a fast charge time it doesn't much matter anyway. All the shortcomings of the mini volt have been addressed even the fact it was a little too small to look normal with any tank.
The internal lipo battery lasts an amazingly long time. I didn't expect to get half the life I do. If you had a mini volt you know the battery life stunk up the joint and it took forever to charge. This is a whole different mini beast. For most of us in here this mod solves a lot of issues. And it's probably my favorite small regulated mod. The inexpensive price tag lies in stark contrast to outstanding build quality with no visible screws, no button rattle, a wobble free charging port, and a bright screen easily feasible even in the bright ARIZONA sun and with polarizing glasses on.
The one missing feature is manual the entry in temp control. You're restricted to titanium, nickel, and stainless 316. For most of us that's fine but I like to use nife as well. Still a very small miss.
If you're in the market for a smaller regulated mod I really can't think of anything better. I'm typically opposed to Internal batteries but I still have two of these and they have displaced all
My other inexpensive small regulated mods like the Pegasus mini, istick pico, and even the smy dna75 mod. I find myself reaching for this regularly and the profiles for power ramp up work very well too. Want a little more oomph, leave the power the same and change it from standard to powerful. Away from an outlet and low on power ? Turn on the auto power saving mode.
Very very good value on this little one especially for we the low power crowd.
