Not on any of the previous topics but I have to say. I luv this thread because of the people. A wealth of knowledge, a caring and supportive attitude and it has never really mattered to me what sort of vaper anyone is. This thread was a blessing in diguise at the time it started. I was feeling an outcast in the vaping community because of the way I vaped and this was a safe place to hang out where I didn't have to explain my tootle puffing ways.
Anyhoo Thanks.![]()
Would you guys say we're in the minority in vaping being that we like to rebuild? Also, did you start rebuilding right away?

I think we are all in the minority of people who are interested in discussing vaping online. Sales wise, very likely the majorityWould you guys say we're in the minority in vaping being that we like to rebuild? Also, did you start rebuilding right away?

Yes. Without a doubt, builders are a minority. I've seen shops that used to carry a plethora of RDA and RBA and RTA let their stock dwindle to nada because no one builds... when shops could build and install, it was different. The average vaper, from my perspective, does not care about building, TC, wires... they want to plug in a coil, push a button, vape, repeat...Would you guys say we're in the minority in vaping being that we like to rebuild? Yup! We are a minority. To many of us this is a hobby/collection as well as a healthier way of satisfying a nicotine "need" - for lack of a better word. I started making my own coils a couple of weeks after I started vaping. Nautilus was OK, got me off analogs but I could feel it wasn't going to be enough. In came Lemo and Lemo Drop. The rest.....is lost in smoke. I'm almost exclusively squonking now but my tanks (rta) have a place as well.
Suspect no more. I'm one of those people.I suspect there are lots who want to get it as close as possible in ease of effort.
DIY was a no brainer. Most pre-made juices just aren't that good. The ones that are good cost a fortune.Builders and blenders are both interested not just in saving $$, but are also more likely to be aware of the Dooming and the acts of various States and/or countries, so see building and blending as insurance.
I keep my coverage set pretty high![]()
If your husband is satisfied with simply replacing heads, that's plenty good enough. My wife knows how to fill her tank and swap heads along with cleaning it all, and that works for her. She sees my hobbyist side of vaping as OK but other than trying out new flavors, isn't interested in the details. My hub reloads ammo but doesn't seem interested in rebuilding coils. I would've thought he'd be a natural and want to do it. But it's only been a week, I should slow down on any expectations!

Hard to say on the first, VL. ECF itself is probably not really representative of the general vaping population, but imo probably a "yes, we are. " Many don't want to put in the little extra work it takes. Vaping isn't really as simple a process as smoking, but I suspect there are lots who want to get it as close as possible in ease of effort.

Pick me, Pick me. I will rebuild when I have no choice. That could be regs and taxes or product discontinued. The same applies for juice. I vape to keep from smoking.
This also means I have enough nic for decades, half a mile of wire and so on.
Get him comfortable in his setup. You should be doing a happy dance instead of worrying about thus.
I'm so slow, snails on crutches pass meBrewbear I just realised I have met you before in the Studiovapes thread in my local place. (waves from crisscross)
ps I am a bit slow sometimes![]()

It used to be pretty easy to pick up a pack and if necessary a lighter to feed that craving. Many if not most vapers don't want to make it any more work than necessary
I'm coming to find that the majority of the vapers I've come across in the wild don't build or mix. I want to talk to real life hobby vapers that aren't just the Cloudz Bro guys at the b&m! Tragically a lot, too many, of the vapers I've come across also have no idea about the government battle with vaping. I knew pretty much from the get-go that I wanted to know everything I could learn, but I always need a hobby and this one makes me happy and healthier.Would you guys say we're in the minority in vaping being that we like to rebuild?
