just don't kiss the wife for at least an hour though. ;)
No worries about kissing the wife, girlfriend on the other hand...though she live more than an hour away so I guess there wouldn't be an issue.

What I did was, early on when I had just started vaping, I did a search to find out how much Nic was in a regular (non filtered) cigarette. The only number that I found was 1.8mg of nic per non filtered cigarette (correct or incorrect that was the only number I could find), times 20 (I went thru a full pack per day at that time) and came up with 36mg per day that I was getting of nic. So, I then calculated how many ML's I was using in ejuice and at what mg level, and adjusted my juice intake to match what I used when I smoked. Then I went to work on my air flow and adjusted that so at the end of the day I was still using only 36mg of nic or less (the more air the more nic, like David already said). Then I went after my wattage and adjusted that all out so I was still staying within my 36mg's of nic or less per day (more wattage = more juice burned = more nic inhaled). Then, after all of that, I took notice of how many times I took hits in an hour (Hand to mouth is very important for a smoker) and adjusted even further. It's been a long time ago that I did all of that (and it took me several weeks to get it all figured out) so I might have forgotten something, but, I have lowered my nic intake from 36mg per day when I smoked, down to about 28-30mg per day and have stayed there for coming up on 3 years now. I do truly vape to not smoke. All of that said, the first thing you have to do is find a tank that doesn't leak or seep, and coils that work well for you, the battery is not a big deal really.

Edit; I did all of that with a Vision Spinner II and a EVOD2 as my starting vape setup back in Aug. of 2014, which I still have and use on occasion.
None of that changes that fact that I need the combination of both vape styles. If I try to stick with just MTL, I go right back to smoking, same with sticking to just DL. But using both as the mood strikes I can make it work. It's not just about the nic.

"An average cat has 1-8 kittens per litter and 2-3 litters per year. During her productive life, one female cat could have more than 100 kittens. A single pair of cats and their kittens can produce as many as 420,000 kittens in just 7 years." Of course that's assuming many of the kittens survive which most usualy don't.

If you'd like to help end this cycle, call your local shelter or humane society and ask them if there is a TNR (trap, neuter, return) program in your area. Through this program feral cats are trapped and sterilized and returned where they were found. It doesn't cost you anything.

Anyway, I thought I'd let you know. The vet clinic where I worked for over 17 years worked with our local shelter to set this up in that area. It worked quite well.
There were ladies in my complex who were trapping and fixing- we tried to catch her, many times. She's trap savvy. Unfortunately.

Heck no! In the 3 years I've been in this apartment feral mom has dropped like 6 litters. I feed them sometimes but they don't come inside. They are wild kitties.

I will just drop this little linky thingy here. Avatar kitty was one of my ferals trapped at the end of May 2 years ago. Their mom brought them to Fort Ferals right about this time in May that year.

I understand completely, everyone's different. What works for one won't work for everyone else. That's just how I arrived at my "Good Vape Place". Some find it easy to arrive there and some find it difficult. There are so many different ways to arrive at your "Good Vape Place" that I don't think one can count them. What matters is that you get there. I just threw that out there as a hopeful help in you're endever. Good Luck though.:thumb:

Edit; Looking back, I feel that smoking was a habit, and Vaping is more of a Life style. That said from a 52 year Tobacco user.:)

LOL! Veep, so did WE! (I even had some 24 on hand for the beginning days/daze.)

Then one day, we decided to make the HUGE drop in mg. strength.

    Your Pres, the late bloomer.

    Bloomer!?? I just MET her!

I started at 18, but it didn't quite do the trick. Upped to 24, and was an ex smoker. Vaped 24 for a few months, then dropped back to 18. No particular desire to go lower. :)

does vg or pg help make your juice feel moist on the throat?

I notice some juices are dryer than others... trying to figure this out.
    any thoughts.

Different flavors? iirc, both pg and vg draw water - hence the admonition to new vapers to stay hydrated. But I could see different flavors changing the feel... :2c:

Beat me to it, (you, too, @cats5365 :thumb: ).

Whatever it takes to not smoke.

Started at 18, just got down to 12 last month and I noticed it too.
I gave myself a week at 12 and if it didn't get better I was going back to 14. It did get better, but I think it will be a while before lowering it again.

I started All Screwed Up, as I started on 12mg, then within a month went up to 24mg, then up to 30mg and stayed there for about a week, then back to 24mg, then to 12mg, then started to mix my own and that's when I started to make real progress. It took me several weeks I guess, to get my body accustomed to not having all those chems in my body before I could start making real progress. It took a while for me to really get going. The whole time I was just Tootling along, never even tried a DL inhale (wouldn't work on that EVOD2 anyways).

I'm trying to catch up. So many post today!

eh. I never know what's going on

I just finally got caught up myself, after several hours and added posts. That's a workout reading 8 pages, since I was all caught up this morn'in.

I have trouble reading when there's not a lot of pictures.

So, I like this tiny Nectar but it's just shy of impossible to fill. The "tank" is so small, it just air locks when I try to fill it and I can't get more than a few drops in. Any tips?

I have a Toyota (Corolla v1.5) and I think it is similar in design. I have to push my Plastic tipped juice bottle into the fill hole and make a good seal then just fill it under pressure, I also tilt my Toyota till the air bubble is up where I want it then I can fill it all the way up, as in No Air Left Inside.

I ditched the original ELeaf Air clearo and use the Evod Glass (modified) in mine (I apologize for the slightly blurry piccie)

OOOOOOh you need to show us pics of the modification.

I picked up a small handful of Spinner III's from FT a bit back. I was feeling nostalgic, and I have a couple of Mini RDAs that work quite nicely on those. I keep those coils about 1.2-1.5Ω and enjoy a very delightful vape :) Other than a thin topper, I don't like the "imbalance" of something like an Eggroll. I don't wield a scepter - I just VAPE!

You can wield any scepter you want.:wub:

You wouldn't see them due to the natural "blur" I bring to piccies :p But essentially shortened the magnetic adaptor a bit, drilled out the air holes in the Evod base to 1.5ø and made a spacer so that the single coil Kanger coil assy fits rather than the dual coil assy designed for it.

ETA: And why the Evod Glass? Because you can replace the drip tip ;)
