I don't think 85% is terrible for a buck-boost-type circuit, no? 6.2v wouldn't be an issue for my vape range but I could see it being a shortcoming for others. Any known cost difference for the C yet? Is the footprint the same for the C?

ETA: Having to use Escribe for settings changes is a downer. I do make occasional small changes through the device with ArcticFox... it is handy to have that ability.
I did not think of it until just now... must be the coffee... although the spec on the DNA75C isn't out yet, I do have a comparison... the Yihi SX350J V2 has an efficiency of 93%, max voltage 9.5...

Some food for thought

These days we have real-life friends and we have virtual friends, and sometimes the latter even becomes the former, but for the most part the two remain separate cloaked behind the anonymity of avatars.

This anonymity seems to make some people forget their manners and say things that they wouldn't say face to face - comments that hurt other people's feelings. Sometimes these hurtful comments aren't even intentional, they are made in jest, and we attach emoticons and LOL to them to compensate for the fact that the expression on our face cannot be seen - attaching them to an ambiguous post makes clear our intent to tease not to hurt or insult. But that doesn't always work…depending on the wording, they can still hurt.

Either way, posts that may be perceived as hurtful, intentionally or unintentionally, are best left unsaid. Just as in real life, we won't like everyone we meet in forums. We become friends with some, tolerate others and dislike a few. When we are tempted to respond to a comment we don't like, let's try to remember the saying that most our mothers told us: "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." I would like to add to that "or say it but respectfully."

In this forum where new vapers turn for help, many will hesitate to ask questions for fear of being ridiculed or an unpleasant comment. When that happens we've lost the chance to educate.

That is pretty. When you purchase colored glass what brand do you think is best? Or do you think that even matters? I am looking at Fasttech.

I did not know that. Really ?? I wonder if that's why one of my Dr's. said that Nicotine (the pharmaceutical Grade stuff) was good for some people. Can you please give me some links (if you have any) as that little tidbit could impact me also. I have never heard that before.

Couple more links for you :)

Finished everything for day an doctors was fine, hope all you tootle puffers have a great day and...
@Bea-FL thanks for them words, you was totally right. People shouldn't be afraid to speak out an sometimes there are u needed arguments etc... people get hurt but believe me if I have a problem with someone I tell them to their face, I believe we should be in a society where voices are heard cos we can't please all the people all the time. If you don't like someone you have the right to express it.
Now offending someone, I don't agree with that. No one has the right to use hurtful remarks!

Tanks (excluding most too coil RDTAs, and the Engine line) leak. Period. End of discussion. Anyone saying otherwise is lying. Tanks leak more when they're left full an unused. The wick reaches a point of maximum saturation, and the liquid has to go somewhere... I typically leave a couple tanks full, but I mop them off daily... vape 'em a bit, too...

I beg to differ on the leaking of my attys from just standing either on a hitter or a atty base. I can have my subtank mini's sit for days with any amount of juice in them and they don't leak or seep, the bottom of the base, hitter or stand is dry. My TFV4's don't leak/seep either and they also can sit for prolonged periods of time. My TFV4 leaks at the time of filling just after a rewicking telling me its wicked wrong. It also has done a couple random dumps in the car for still unknown reasons to me so the TFV doesn't leave the house. The Merlins seep from being a pressfit base, nothing I can do to stop it other than make sure its not sitting flush on a hitter or have it just a couple turns on a threaded atty base, sit it on a angle and it will eventually drip from the seeping. The merlins don't leak either. My kayfuns also seeped from the fill screw, tried different orings and made a couple out of carto condoms but I eventually gave up and just accepted it but they too didn't leak. My rebuilt protanks didn't leak either.
The leaking could stem from the factory coils inwhich I never used...I dunno
I can sit my subtanks on their side overnight and no leaking, my wife leaves her on her desk on its side all the time, I prefer that to the earth shattering thunk of a tipped over hitter or the cat swatting at it then watch it roll off the desk.
I assume its the way I wick them cause I use the same technique way back when I was vaping kayfuns to now rebuilding the subtanks. My merlins and TFV4's are stay at home attys with nasty low ohm builds in them, IMO anything below a .5 multiwire build in a subtank and the subtank begins to labor to perform not putting out like the merlin does.

I get to pick up the hubbys engraved kayfun chimney today, I hope it turned out well. Especially since it cost me more than the whole tank did :p
I want a kayfun lite, was having a think bout building. Was gonna go for the egos with clr but the kayfun lite looks like it'll be more to my style. I love the size, drip tip an just the general look. Any ideas where I can get one?? No clones! @AlterUrEgo I've had my tfv4 for a year an still no leaking :)
