Does anyone know if clone OCC coils are as good as authentic? The real ones are so expensive!
I didn't have the best of luck with clone coils, some worked and some didn't.

that's my next project. gonna try and make a parallel 18350 kinda like the frenkenskull. no soldering involved. I got everything I need, just haven't decided what kind of wood I wanna use yet.

I didn't have any luck with them. the ones I got half had shorts, the other half, the resistance was way off, and I'm not sure what the wicking material was. really hard cotton. lol

I have one of them arriving tomorrow.

The set screw on the chamber may be VERY tight, one of mine was, one wasn't. For the style shown, do NOT take it all the way out. Not needed, as the chamber is not threaded like the original. Just lifts straight off when the screw is backed out a turn. (Won't hurt to take it all the way out, just really fiddly to put back in.)

Can anybody tell me if the Ehpro 101 is shorter than the SVD 2.0 ?? I have the SVD 2.0 and really like it but, it's like carrying around a Billy Club, so it sits.

i got my SVD out a week or two ago. that thing is HUGE in 18650 mode.
