I run my tanks through a transporter with the biofilters set to remove anything not part of the tank. Sure, I have to travel to the 24th century in my Delorean to do it, but it's worth it... except that one time there was a fly in the transporter... but I don't wanna talk about it.

Well, that, or a strip and rinse for daily style builds, and a strip and ultrasonic bath (x3... 1 wash, 2 rinse) for tanks that have been sitting for a while.

I wear my typos like the badge of honor they are. Then I try to go back and fix them, so refresh. :)

It seems I always have a tank drying out! I have my all day vape I use 75% of the time. The rest is a rotation of various flavors

How "detailed" do you get in cleaning your tanks? Do you just throw it in or take it apart as much as possible before cleaning? I'm interested in yours and others' replies on how they clean their tanks....
Im constantly cleaning all my tanks.. I don't have a sonic cleaner so constantly cleaning them never lets for any long term build up... I read that people have oring problems but I think routine cleaning helps make them last longer... also using lip balm on the orings is better than using ejuice to lube them.. that tip I've got to give credit to Q from one of his videos.

For any of you with a CC mod or a Reo mod. I did a video showing the new ginger vaper super soft silicon bottle.

It's really really nice.

You can skip when I start talking about the therion of you don't own one that's the end of he video. .

I talk about it with the cc but it should fit the reo too

I just got the following error message on my device "ohms too high" I've only seen the opposite when it's too low. How high does it have to be to get such a message?

Depends on the device but often tikes over 3 ohms will do it. I'd check for shorts. Despite the message on the mod. Do you have a meter you build on or just the mods?

I have an ohm meter but didn't bother using it at I had used the tank recently to test a different juice (it's an RDA). I don't check my builds each time I use them if nothing has changed (I.e., if it's not a new build). That's why I was confused

I wasn't able to get me refilling tool to work either. Did you find a helpful video?
ETA I hadn't seen Kat's reply

I think so after I watched Kat's videos. When I did it I loosened the top then inserted the Kayfil. Tried to push it through and it wouldn't go. So I took the top right off and tried to use more force to push the tool past the o-ring. On the second tank I pushed really hard and got it past the o-ring but damaged the o-ring. I think what I missed was that you need the chimney to be flush up against the wide part of the Kayfil with the narrow part of the tool inside the chimney, so in effect you are pushing a continuous rod past the o-ring. The way I did it I was pushing a flat end of the tool against the o-ring.

I won't know if my theory is right until next time I try it.

What kind of lip balm do you use on your o-rings?

Just you basic kind plain unflavored.. the easiest one to apply is the Vaseline brand.. its like a small tube not a stick.. sure a stick will work as well..
it's works great for tanks that have juiceflow control which require constant turning.

Just have one tank per flavor and clean then when the juice bottle is empty.

You should always heck for shorts to build a good habit. That way if you ever use a mechanical mod you're in the safe frame of mind.

When you rewick you may alter the build or the screws can come loose over time which is likely what happened. A lot of times after firing a bit you will notice the screws have some leeway. Probably an effect caused by the expansion of metal under heat.

Did you end up testing the build or double checking the screw tightness?

You're right, one of the screws was a little loose!
I don't have plans to ever get a mech mod. I like my regulateds just fine![emoji4]

Glad you got it sorted out! It's usually something silly like that. On a mech you have to make very sure those things don't happen. I had a small piece of wire (.2mm) fall into a dripper and bridge from the insulated positive to the main body. It shifted to that position mid puff as the juice dried out hat was an unpleasant surprise. It actually took some metal out of he base. Whoopsie. I learned to be more careful. That was back when.

I find I just use some vg, I kept getting flavor off all the live I tried. Even the unflavored kind seemed to flavor my juice. Maybe it was psychosomatic but juice is always handy and lubes the rings well. I put some pure vg in an old dripper bottle.
