I just ordered 2 more Doggy's with some spare post insulators linked here..If you go to the drop down menu there are other spare parts as well. Not sure if they will all work with the SXK version though. Probably will get them on my next order anyway.

$3.89 Replacement Post Insulator for Doggy RTA Atomizer (5-Pack) 5-pack - PEEK at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
I have a ticket out to determine if the replacement posts are SXK or SMJY. Will update when answered by FT.

My SXK Doggy Style should be here any day from FT. Can anyone link me to any good videos on how to build it? Thanks!
It is super easy to build and wick.

I did some research about polycarbonate and it probably contains BPA. If the manufacturer does not explicitly state 'BPA Free', one should assume a PC tank contains BPA.

If this is something that concerns you, now you know.
Darn it :( I already wasn't the biggest plastic tank fan but the doggy and shorty kayfuns are just so easy and good.

There is a ton of debate about if this should even be a concern.. AND :)

There are acrylic options for both atomizers (see above post for Doggy)

KF acrylic options:
$1.48 Acrylic Kayfun Bell Cap - 34mm height at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$1.52 Replacement Acrylic Bell Cap for Kayfun Mini RTA Atomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Tons more.

Also for consideration, the 1.8 Nauti... Very nice device for PAD smoker and with a Nautilus 2 tank the air can be dialed down to uber tight or opened up as user desires.
Agree 100%.

Nautilus with a good mod is a good place to start

For the doggy i recommend a 2.5 mm coil

The short bell cap on a KFL+ v2 won me over.

I won't give it more than a passing worry. I'm not smoking so, imo, I'm still ahead. I will order the acrylic doggy tanks, I had the pc ones in my cart. I like the lovely clear tank though. Getting FT order all set up to pull the trigger Sunday.

It's always tough to say, Skold. We all have different values & preferences, so experimentation is essential.

For me, they've been the beat-all-end-all, particularly for everything "in-motion" (out & about), and are slowly displacing some stuff that has been with me for a very long time. The "displacing" part is somewhat sobering, and almost even depressing at times, but all for good end-results.

I should also say that I wasn't an immediate lover. Kat fell head over heels immediately, but it took me a few months to fully appreciate all they bring to the table (leak free, easy to re-wick, and a WIDE range of vape experience due to the extraordinary AFC). As has often been the case, her instincts proved to be superb.

Once again though, it's so important to try things and see if they work for YOU, because other people's experiences really don't impact our own. I always recommend starting small, playing around with something, then deciding if it works for you.

The one thing you can rely on, not just with them but with all things vape, people will always be here to help if you ever need it. And most of us will share our opinions, even when not asked.

:D
That is all very true but I'm always up for trying new things & when you can rewick it makes things so much easier, I like tinkering with things but as you know my nerves get best of me so the fact the deck is already built makes this CLR coil appeal to me. I don't have to go winding coils either. Anyway... I know this tank is highly praised for MTL but I like that there's a 0.5 coil too. I get a mix of dtl & MTL. That fits me well. So only thing left to ask is where I can order one??

You can polish the acrylic ones and get them quite clear also...just takes a bit of elbow grease :)
